Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact them, one of their numbers doesn't work, and they don't pick up the other one. They don't respond to emails, and their WhatsApp contact is just a bot that can "transfer you to a professional", but it will just stop responding completely after the "transfer".
It has been more than a month since I created my order, and more than 2 weeks since I got an automated message saying "Your order from Alicouro is on its way!" (which they sent after I wrote them an email asking about my order) - with no tracking info. After I wrote them an email today, asking about my order again (sent to all their email addresses), they cancelled my order and refunded me. Total waste of my time.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. I had a minor issue placing the order and a representative of Alicouro reached out to offer help before I even had a chance to ask for it. This was brilliant. On the other hand, I ordered one model (sapato Veter) and was sent a different one (Sapato Agrid) instead. No big deal as they are similar, I kept them and love them.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Excellent quality. I measured my leg wrong but it was so easy to replace boots in a couple of days I had to do nothing but just pass previous boots to the courier. Thank you, already told about Alicouro to my friend. Impressed.

I never received my shoes or any explanation. What kind of joke is this? They took my money and never answer. It’s disgusting! We don’t have money to spent in stupid things.

I've bought a pair of shoes online and got instant tracking of the delivery by whatsap/email and the order was delivered in two days. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and the change was very easy and quick, I did it online and they delivered the new order with no questions asked and picked up the old one in 3 days. Really impressive!
The shoes are really nice and good quality.
My only recommendation is to have a clearer and more accurate table size for shoes on the website, because I measured my foot as indicated, but the match with the size wasn't correct.
