I have done that multiple times. Evidently you have more people covering reputation than customer service. Website never sends a confirmation of receipt.
Give me a way to contact you. Or tell me specifically what you need to know. What I am experiencing is problems with the basic function of the wallet. I placed $34 in the wallet , it is in USDT Ether, and I can’t do anything with it. It won’t allow me to send or to convert. Continuously telling me I didn’t have enough to cover the fee. Wrote them an email, no reply. I gave up and deleted the app. UPDATE : I will try, but I have sent multiple messages through the app.
UPDATE : I went to your website , I placed a ticket, you have my email address. I have done this at least twice from the website and multiple times from the app.
