We use AliboxTv everywhere we travel. Absolutely love it!
When out of the country we can still access Canadian content TV. We never miss the newest and best series and have access to numerous movies.
The only negative is the fact that only one user can access the account at a time.

Its a very good clean, never had to complaint about it.
They answer fast when a problem occur.

I have been with Alibox for almost 1 year and never had an issue. I did have questions and customer service was very quick to respond.

The variety of stations is very good. There is however a long standing problem with creating a Favorites section. It was working for a short time recently but then it reset to zero choices and won’t accept new selected sites. I have asked for guidance on a number of occasions but have not received any suggestions that solve the problem

We are on our 3rd box, we just keep upgrading and I can't even remember when we started with Alibox but have had nothing but great service!!!!

I have been with Alibox TV since November 2023 and we love it. I did not buy the receiver, I have the app on my firestick. No issues at all. You do not have to wait long for a new released movie to be on Alibox. Local news is also an asset. I only had to contact customer service when I was considering adding Alibox TV to a second tv and the invoice for the second tv. Always, great service and quick response. I was skeptical at first so I was pleased that I did not have to provide a credit card for the account. I just do an e-transfer.

This TV service is horrible. We tried to used the. For a few years and the channels keep freezing despite having high speed internet. We have no issue steaming with other services.
They have an almost inexistant customer support. You can only interact with them through emails. Since we renewed our annual membership, the system has not worked one single days and despite multiples emails they have still not make it work…..we have been trying for THREE MONTHS!!! We even bought their box and it did not help. I have a feeling that we just threw a few hundreds in the garbage because I doubt we will ever see a refund!

Very great service, good prices, no bugs, good images, AliboxTV is the best value for money purchase, you really wont regret it!!

Great service would not say its perfect but it is pretty reliable and top notch in their categories. been a customer for the last 3-4 years and enjoyed every second.

Great product,excellent service and set up agents

TV service has been top notch thus far. No complaints. Good image, hardly ever any lag. Easy enough to navigate. Also very helpful at setup phase given the different devices that can be used. Alibox techs are excellent with the instructions to set you up. If I was an absolute beginner… I would like get one of their pre-programmed boxes … would likely be much easier. Processing payments is pretty straightforward too. Really no complaints so far. Price is competitive as well. Have had service now for almost 2 years.

I have been with this company for many years. The service is fantastic and if have any issues they are quick to assist. I purchased the wireless box from them and it's amazing. No buffering issues whatsoever. The service is never down so we can enjoy our favorite shows

AliBox TV has been amazing for getting out of the SCAM of cable, DirectTV, and streaming subscriptions. I have access to every channel I could ever want access. They constantly upload shows/movies that are trending on major streaming platforms so I'm never missing out. The best part is I can carry it with me on the go on my google chromecast with the IPTV app.

The customer service is prompt and professional. Would highly recommend!

I purchased the Receiver August 15, 2023 and the program subscription August 23, 2023... I have been operating my system since...The receiver is easier to operate and more reliable than with previous system I had with "TVBox WOW" .... Cost is similar but Alibox offers a better program fee... they offer a subscription renewal for 15 months for a 12 month fee... When I have a problem with TV reception, etc.,I contact them via e-mail and usually there is a quick response... my problem gets resolved quickly... I am pleased with my system and the service offered by AliTv Customer Service...
PS: It is rare that I have problems with my system...
