Sold an essentials hoodie and it was rejected due to “Craftsmanship”. How am I supposed to be able to control how Fear of God crafts their hoodies? SMH, this latest experience with Alias will stop me from selling most of my inventory on Alias moving forward since they keep giving BS reasons for rejecting.

App is Very easy to use when listing shoes for sale. Sale process is easy and I’m grateful that all transactions are monitored. Puts me at ease.
Alias stealing items that did not pass authentication
I had a handful of clothing items that Alias/GOAT that failed authentication in October 2024. These items were authentic and should have passed authentication. I was charged penalty and shipping charges individually for each item, and none of the items were ever shipped back to me.

experience is good. problem solved in the end. But it does take at least one day to get feedback from customer service. I suggest to add online Live chat so that people can contact the company whenever needed. And sometimes, it could be urgent need.
