I'd ordered a few items but when my order arrived one item was incorrect. The company immediately responded to my email and sorted a replacement which arrived following day. Really pleased with quality of items compared to similar products I've seen.
I selected this company to supply one small item.I checked their reviews,put it in my basket,went to pay for it. The price with shipping was £8.94. Only THEN did it tell me (in small print)that the minimum spend is £10. A waste of my time and very misleading...it should have stated that at the start.
