I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The three candles smell amazing and burn very evenly. They also arrived very promptly. The only negative for me, and it is something that really bothers me, were the styrofoam packing peanuts that were inside the delivery box. And there were HUNDREDS of them! I understand that products must be packed well to avoid damages, but why not use paper? (which was also used as well as the styrofoam!) I really love the products but would think twice about ordering again due to packing material.

When starting my search for vegan candles in the Algarve I was doubtful the choice would be huge... So when I came across the Algarve Candle Company I couldn't believe my luck. It was everything I was looking for and more. Offering a wide range of HEAVENLY scent combinations, this brand makes it really hard to pick just one or two... Plus they have a great selection of other products such as soy wax melts, diffusers, and home fragrance sprays (the latter two I've bought - and am over the moon with just how good they are). AND they have a wonderful eco-centric ethos focussed on using natural ingredients while minimising waste. What more could you ask for?!

I've made two purchases so far - online and in-store - and both have been a fantastic experience. The website is beautiful and super user friendly, along with the order process and all associated comms.

But in-store is really where the magic happens... Not only do you get to smell the products and obviously get a much better idea of what scents you like and don't like, you're greeted by the most wonderful, friendly team too. The shop itself is just beautiful, it feels like you've walked into a calming oasis of tranquility. Everywhere you look there are gorgeous product displays catching your eye. And if like me you're into self care and a touch of luxury, you'll also feel like a kid in a sweet shop.

It always feels good supporting local businesses, but when the brand, product, and service is this good, that's just the icing on the cake :)

Really lovely smelling products, beautifully packaged. I was a little worried about it arriving in time (I had ordered it to give as a gift at a birthday party) because it took a couple of days to be dispatched. However once it was sent it arrived the next day so needn't have worried. And I appreciate the freebie that was thrown in. Would order again especially to give as a gift as it was very well received especially as made by a small local business!

The burner is lovely, very happy with the purchase. Also the wax melts have an amazing scent, they project all thru my house. The car air freshener is worthless though.
