payed for 3 day delivery and currently on day 5 with no updates from anyone. their customer service is an ai chatbot… ew. you try and explain the problem and just end up going round in circles with it because it keeps answering with things you already know and using 4 baths worth of water to do so

I didn’t trust their website at first as it’s .co - not co.uk etc. so rang them, got my paints ordered. Came with 48hr postage even though I paid for 3-5 day. Paints came with free caps and some stickers and a Freddo bar. Awesome I recommend
