Attended the menopause lecture which was given by Ben. Fantastic presentation, very informative and went at a good pace which helped everyone to understand the content. I now feel more confident with menopause and HRT. Thankyou.

3 day minor illness/injury course and blood interpretation booklet have been great
Completed a 3 day minor illness/injury course and learnt a lot. Ben explained things in a way that met a variety of skill sets and professions. Additionally the blood interpretation booklet I purchased has been has been a great addition in learning a new skill.
