Poor quality, zero warrant and awful after-sale service
I bought 3 pieces of artifacts from the store. And when I was taking out the items from their paper bag, I noticed that small pieces in the bottom of the package. It turns out that one of the bells is cracked. The base of the bell is half as thin as the other bell. Certainly, a quality issue. Imagine how fragile and thin the base was made, if the item was either damaged during their packing at store, or during the period I hand held it from the store to my place.
Contacted the firm and Sandra proclaimed that the damage is impacted after the purchase and rejected my request for exchange.
Such after sale service towards a customer who bought 3 pieces of their crafts is deeply disappointing. It's not super hard for an artist to make a replicate, not to mention that I simply asked for an exchange.
It's unacceptable, the store didn't take accountability for the poor quality of the item.
A total waste of 34 euros and getting a broken piece doesn't last even a gentle transportation.
I will not recommend anyone to purchase their items.
