The online shop looks deceptively good.
The dresses have beautiful colours, the fabric looks good, and they say there is an integrated corset in some dresses. The delivery time is stated as 5 working days.
You can't expect any of that.
I ordered dresses for a wedding three weeks before the wedding. Nothing arrived.
I received the goods more than a month after placing the order.
The quality I received really shocked me.
The dresses are not the same colour as on the website, the fabric is cheap, and the cut is wrong.
It cannot be that I spent over £300 at Alexandersaint's online shop, I am greeted with really poor quality, and when I want to return it, I am told that I can keep all the rubbish for a refund of 20% of the total price.
The reason given is that otherwise I would have to pay the return shipping costs and customs fees, and that it would take a very long time and be very complicated.
I strongly advise anyone who is planning to order from here not to do so.
