It's been almost 3 weeks and my order…

It's been almost 3 weeks and my order did not leave the UK yet.
The cost of the shipping was as the amount of the product.

This is not true. The last tracking update was a week and a half ago, stating that the product was leaving the UK. This means that it has not been in the UK since then. It will often take a couple of weeks from UK before landing in Israel.

You paid 136 ILS for a single switch, and 75 ILS for shipment from UK to Israel.

It has been almost 3 weeks though, that bit is correct.

issues initially, but resolved quickly

Ordered a bridge and tremolo, both unfortunately arrived with issues. Bridge was faulty, with stripped threads in one post and the tremolo was missing some attachment screws. No big deal as both were sorted out quickly, with the missing screws and a replacement bridge sent out to me within a few days.
I was actually unsure whether the issues were going to be resolved at first as he seemed slightly irritated when I contacted, but he has since explained that he is short staffed and so trying to fulfil all orders/deal with any issues etc by himself. So I think I mistook the replies for irritation, when actually it was just due to him being under a lot of pressure and trying to sort the problem out quickly, which he did.
I've come and edited my review and upped it from 3 stars to 4 after the owner contacted to explain, which is appreciated. The issues with both items is why I've still marked one star down from 5 to 4, but as mentioned previously, these problems were resolved quickly, so overall the service was good and the products I received in the end are good as well. I'll maybe be back to order some pickups at some point after all, as they get great reviews and look to be well priced.

Hosco guitar body

Really happy with the quality of the hosco jazzmaster body.

I've enjoyed the process of doing the final sand, and I was relieved that the holes for the neck pickup and tailpiece screws were pre- drilled.

The item was well packaged and delivery was fine.

Excellent Product, Excellent Service

I ordered a solderless wiring loom for a P Bass, and it turned up really quickly, well packaged and was an absolute doddle to fit (doddle being UK slang for Effortless)

I’d heartily recommend this company to anyone even toying with the idea of doing electrics in a guitar. 100% Will purchase again from them.

The worst online transaction I have ever had!

Bought and paid for an item online from this business. Waited nearly a week, no item received or any contact from this business. Enquired if all was OK. Received the reply that the item was out of stock. No update as to whether it might come back into stock. Asked for a refund. Was then told that "it is due to a stock error", so I then gave up with this seller and replied that this wasn't my issue and I would like a refund. I am not going to share the following replies here as they cannot be shared due to their content (although I have kept copies). I eventually got my refund from my payment provider.
It would seem from other reviews on here that I am not the only one who has experienced this behaviour.
I am not going to give any further details as I'm too scared of what this business might do, I would just say that any further contact from them will be blocked and reported to the police.

Refund was promptly provided at request by us, not by the payment provider.

The allegation and implication that there has been or would be police-worthy retaliatory conduct from us is absolute fiction. We categorically deny we've done anything at all to justify such an unhinged accusation.

Fast shipping, great service

I ordered and it was shipped within the next few days. As I live abroad, they had to send it over air, which was fast. There wasn’t any issues I could see, packaging was perfect. Although, this might be my mistake, but I ordered it in a different colour, but oh well.
Overall, an amazing experience, would buy again 👍🏽

Firstly, you were apologised to for warehouse making a simple picking mistake. Unfortunately in 2025, humans are still the main warehouse workers, and humans have a tenancy to occasionally make mistakes.

Not 'appreciating the customer point of view' would have been not to provide you with a prepaid return label and not having the product picked up from your house because you insisted placing it in a letterbox was far too much of an inconvenience for you. However, in this situation, exactly this was done for you.

You spent 20 minutes on the phone chewing my ear off for politely requesting a photo of what you've received (because you insisted you received something that we didn't stock, and you ended up being wrong about it). Asking for this photo allowed me to correct our stock levels of the product you were mistakenly sent, as has already been explained to you by email. You aggressively repeated on multiple occasions that asking for a photo to ascertain what had happened was the equivalent of accusing you of lying. Interesting interpretation.

Contrary to the purpose of this review, you've exposed we deal with issues in a professional and satisfactory manner. Thank you for your beneficial review to Alegree.
