Fantastic customer service from Alecto
Fantastic customer service from Alecto! There was something wrong with one of our baby phones and we received a replacement within 24 hours of making the call to them. Really appreciate that!

Owl babyfoon
Type babyfoon: Alecto DVM-210. It is a super nice babyfoon. The quality of the screen is very good and the look of the owl is very nice. Also you can play songs which is very helpfull to calm the baby.

Good and friendly customer service
The charger cable to our Alecto DBX-82 wasn't working anymore and I needed a replacement. Customer service directed me to the right page on their website from where the cable could be ordered online. Perfect - only they don't ship to my country... I asked if this was really the case, and they confirmed, but suggested I may have a friend in one of the countries they do ship to, who I could have it sent to. I found someone who was willing to forward the package to me, but when I went back to the website to order, the cable was out of stock. When I wrote to ask when it would be available again, the friendly customer service representative responded that there were in fact still a few cables on site and offered to send it. Problem solved! Thanks Alectobay for the great customer service!
