I saw a gorgeous pair of sandals on holiday, looked and found them online. They were reduced and in stock in my size. Placed an order and they were delivered and waiting for me when I got home. They are so comfortable and the colour means they go with any outfit.

Guy behind till with beard, said "mate what size though becuase theyre very limited" in a really patronising way. Felt like he didnt want to serve me and was as if I felt ushered out the shop. Wasnt even busy, only had 1 customer.

The heel was pretty but stable so it was comfortable to stand and walk in.

Item arrived in reasonable time and well packed. The trainers were exactly as shown. The fit is exactly right - size 6.5, and they were very comfortable from the first time I wore them.

I bought a pair of £90 heels from ALDO that developed visible damage after just one wear! I contacted them within 30 days expecting a refund, as the product clearly wasn’t of satisfactory quality. Instead, they refused and offered just 30% back, claiming it was normal wear and tear.

This goes against UK consumer rights, which protect buyers when items don’t meet reasonable durability standards. After several emails, they refused to take responsibility. Really disappointing experience from a brand I expected better from.

I recently ordered three pairs of shoes from ALDO, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The delivery was impressively quick, and all the shoes arrived beautifully packaged with great care. Each pair looks fantastic and, most importantly, they’re incredibly comfortable to wear straight out of the box.

Shoes ordered no problem. its your delivery courier thats messed up the whole order.
They attempted delivery (there was somebody In!) and it said would try another 3 times instead they have returned to you......do not understand why!!! They where needed for a wedding

First and last time I buy from this store! Bought a pair of shoes online and decided to return it as I didn't like it.
Online return was £3.95 so I decided to return my shoes directly in store.
My return was approved but I didn't get my money back! Aldo took my details, gave me a written confirmation on a piece of paper and told me I should get an email within 24h and my money back in a few days.
When I pointed out that it was not common practice in ANY other stores, and that I should get my refund straight away, the staff told me it was their policy and they didn't understand what my problem was.
This is unacceptable and borderline dodgy for a high street retailer! I left with zero formal proof that I would receive a full refund.

Great experience for a first time customer, easy to navigate on the website, quick payment and fast delivery. The pair of shoes are of a great quality and I am super happy
