We have had alde heating for years now ,from when it first came out, it is an amazing system ,never had any trouble,,,until now our caravan has just come to 4 years old and on the last 3 times I have had to top up the glycol, with the alde pink fluid 3 times in a month ,it was already booked in for a service from the dealer we purchased the van from (fantastic dealership).upon collecting the van we were told that the boiler had rotted from the inside and the fluid was leaking from the bottom and not to use the van ,I find this poor quality materials and not fit for purpose, this should not happen on a 4 year old caravan ,we are very disappointed with this and will never have alde again ,we have a price to get it fixed which is eye watering, but we have to pay it ,as usual these days everything is built to poor standards and never lasts, truma next time for us .

We were in the unfortunate position that our 3020 boiler sprung a leak and we were on holiday so needless to say it wasn’t good. Contacted Alde in Wellingborough and spoke to Andy who agreed we could take boiler in to them and have a rebuild. Managed to get boiler out and delivered to factory where upon arrival we were met by Phil ( chief engineer) who when I explained that we were on holiday surprised me by saying he could do it while we waited. 1hour later we were on our way back to the motorhome with our new boiler.The service we had was second to none and I would like to give a hearty Thankyou for all I had contact with. I would certainly recommend a phone call if ever you have problems with an Alde system.

Great service. I recently contacted their technicla dept. over a problem with a screen fault on my Alde 3020 control panel. The item was out of warranty but I was invited by Andy to return the item (my cost) and it would be replaced and returned at no further cost to me. It was returned within a week of posting and is now working as it should. Great service and friendly and helpful people, would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience

I arrived at alde uk at 8am sharp not expecting them to be open until 9 as the web site says but immediately Phil asked me what I needed I said my alde boiler is leaking between the fluid a clean water I think I need a new boiler
Phil and terry took my boiler and to cut a story short by just after 10 I was on my way home with a repaired and tested unit this is service second to none and would like to register my complete satisfaction Thankyou

Our motorhome was booked in for a heating rebuild due to a leak, we ended up with a new second hand boiler so now have the 3030 model, and we had a UV Water filter for drinking water fitted, the work was carried out in one day and to an excellent standard with communication from Phil keeping us up to date, he went through everything with us on collection as to how it all worked and my husband and myself can't thank him and Alde enough for the excellent service provided. We are very happy motorhomers thank you so much Kevin and Ruth

On holiday in Scotland in our Coachman caravan only to discover we had no heating or hot water. After 7 days of this getting progressively more fed up with a partner who said he would fix it, I contacted Alde by email. I had a reply plus video sent in half an hour. Within half an hour of getting back to the van and watching said video, it was all working. Amazed by their customer service

Away on holiday in the U.K this week in our swift caravan and had a problem with the Alde heating 🥶. I spent just a few minutes on the phone speaking with Andy in technical support. The problem was identified quickly and I was able to order the replacement part via next day delivery. Excellent support service 👍

They went above and beyond dealing with the issue I had and was extremely surprised and pleased.
