Avoid at all costs. I made a SEPA Bank Transfer on April 27th. The funds were received by their bank (Unlimit EU Ltd), yet they refuse to deliver the service.

Worse: Their support is a loop of incompetent bots asking for ILLEGAL AND IMPOSSIBLE documents. They are demanding a "photo of myself holding the payment card" for a BANK TRANSFER. There is no card!

I have already provided my ID and a Selfie, but they keep stalling with these nonsensical requests to avoid refunding me. This is a clear case of fraudulent retention of funds. I have initiated a SEPA Recall via Revolut and filed a formal complaint with the CySEC.

They ignore proofs, ignore bank statements, and ignore logic.

SCAM site they take your funds and dont give you crypto they try to buy time dont use it

Complete and total scam. From the begining things were wrong. As soon as they had my crypto the signs showed up. I initiated an off ramp to my debit card, but they I sister it was bank transfer, even though I never submitted banking details. After waiting 3 days I received an email stating that the transfer failed. I contacted support to get funds back and have been met with no response from support. DO NOT SEND YOUR CRYPTO!!!! TOTAL SCAM !!!!

this company is a scam, please stay away from this. i am waiting for my crypto from 1 day. first they say 1 min -1 hr then 10 hr on payment recieve confirmation then they will ask you to wait 12hr then 1-2 days.

They dont refund or give your money back, they just keep postponing the delivery of the crypto . just stay away from this company.

please dont use them absolutely horrible service my funds are stuck with them for 12 days now customer service is absolutely useless they are just making reasons no actions taken no refund processed proceeding with legal actions now

I purchase some btc through ledger via pix pay and ledger suggested alchemy pay to handle the transaction.
Couple minutes after I paid the transaction was cancel on my account and I have not see my crypto nor my money back.
I have been trying to talk to customer service and they keep saying they are still checking if they got the payment even though I provided proof of purchase and it has been more than 1 day.
Just give my money back and I will remove the review.

Very impressed with Alchmey Pay, including the accomplishments. I'll continue to use ACH & invest in ACH. The ACH token price is so undervalued right now, in my opinion.

The worst platform ever. I have several accounts on it’s virtual card platform. And it’s about 1 year that they are telling bank is under maintenance. And all my funds are frozen by them. I can’t use my cards or withdraw my money. All my money’s are frozen by them.

My virtual card was frozen immediately after I made a large deposit for the first time. It has now been over a year, and I continue to receive the same message: “System is undergoing maintenance.” Despite numerous attempts to reach support, there has been no real assistance — only automated responses repeating the same scripted line: “No timeline provided.” This lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning.

This is worst payment method of all time . I pay 1300 inr to their merchant to buy usdt through silkpay in trust wallet . But they didn't send my usdt in trust wallet. And also i talk with their support team but they didn't solve my problem.

I placed a sell order through Alchemy Pay's Off-Ramp service, but they failed to deposit the funds into my bank account. They promised to refund the USDT within 3-5 business days.

8 days later, I received the full refund, and they said that the issue was caused by the bank account details.

Now everything is fine.

I Had a Very Good Experiece, but only with SEPA - 8 Transactions, All SEPA, Because CC & Debit Cards Declined, even Apple Pay & ALL Other Methods!

I completed a few legitimate transactions and Alchemy Pay blocked my account without any notice or reason. After multiple chats with support, I got canned replies and no resolution. I’ve now asked them to delete all my customer data under GDPR. Onboarding is slick, but once you actually use the service you hit a wall. Unprofessional and frustrating.

My account was suspended randomly after attempting to purchase a new and popular crypto that had been fluctuating. I'd done so through several transactions to get the best value. Prior to this they had me go through several layers of identity verification. Without warning my account was suspended with the explanation being "your account has been suspended due to triggering our risk control measures." Avoid this company if you actually want to make a high volume of purchases.
