This is not a genuine company. The website shows a photo of a shop, supposedly in London, that is a fake.
I ordered three cashmere jumpers, which turned out to be viscose and polyester.
The jumpers arrived in aplastic wrapping that must be torn to be opened. But tearing the plastic makes any return invalid under their policy.
Despite what it says, it is not based in the UK and items are shipped from China to a warehouse in the UK, which sound dodgy too.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company. The quality is substandard and is made in china. The item you receive is not what is advertised.
They only offer 20% refund unless you pay for return postage to China.
