Premium Case with Premium Quality
I've been using a protective case for my Galaxy S25 for almost a year now. The case is flawlessly crafted and truly lives up to its advertised premium status. The suede feels fantastic in the hand. After a minor defect occurred, I received a free replacement. That's what I call customer service.

Once ordered was told was out of stock
Once ordered was told was out of stock, there would be a delay. Timescales given, they came and went, no communication and no goods. Eventually after threatening to report them to trading standards they emailed back to say goods were niw in and would be shipped. Several weeks later I received only 1 item of the 2 ordered. So once again it was a daily mission to get answers as they kept telling me both goods had been dispatched. Eventually they then said they had looked at somebody else's order and yes mine was wrong, 2nd item would be sent. Tracking details given say it doesn't exist. Finally weeks later I got the 2nd item. In all honesty very poor customer service, selling goods supposedly in stock but aren't, giving me tracking details of someone else's order abd to receive goods which I would say are pretty poor quality for the cost. My advice - avoid like the plague

Their orange phone case completely discoloured within a week of using and arrived damaged. Do not purchase!!!
Not what you expect from a €70 case. Customer support was quick and helpful hence the extra star, they sent out a replacement (which I got in grey to hide the scuff marks).
