Starter hamper raw food
Quick delivery. Well packaged to keep the food frozen. Looks really nice not like some foods great quality and price. My fur baby loves it. Having a starter hamper is great as you can offer variety. Definitely ordering from again

Great products and experience
I have been ordering from Albion for a couple of months now, for our new puppy. The quality of the meat and the treats is excellent, and the service is flawless. Very quick delivery and good communications.

Changes not for the better…
We have been loyal customers and spend a lot of money on our dogs and cats. Albion has moved from Pershore to Bidford. This means we have to pay for delivery. Given the amount we order this should be free.

Thank you for your feedback, however we had to move to larger premises to enable us to manufacture. We still have a factory shop, where customers come and collect from us and benefit from discounted prices.

Can’t fault the service or the quality of the food. I ordered the food and it was delivered next day. The food is of high quality and my dog absolutely loves it. Highly recommend.

Website was really helpful regarding food content and how to work out how much to feed our young lurcher. Have gradually introduced the raw diet and Albert is looking fabulous and I think his temperament has changed as well. Also once ordered the food was promptly delivered by a very pleasant gentleman who had messaged in advance to arrange the time he would be with us.
My daughter in Wales is also a customer of albion.

The communication was lacking on this order, there was not the normal level of emails telling me when I would receive the order, meaning that the order had partially defrosted before I was made aware the order had arrived

I’m very sorry that you did not receive your notifications. We use an automated system, which actually plans the routes and sends the texts. I will speak to them about this, so hopefully this will not happen again in the future.
Great Products and Service
Customer service is prompt and positive.
My dogs loved the food, I love the packaging, also the little cardboard trays that make it so easy to put in the freezer. Very competitively priced. Subscription makes it easy and simple. I also like the range of natural treats, just need some good bones, then I don't need to order from anywhere else A+ *****

Very good quality food
Very good quality food, delivered directly to my front door. I have a subscription with them so they just keep sending my food at my requested timescale (every 5 weeks)
This way I don't need to remember to order it. Fantastic customer service. Both my dogs absolutely love the meat.
