Terrible company. I’ve visited a few store locations and there is either no customer service or way too pushy sales associates like they’re working off of commission. The owners and higher ups are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope this business goes down.
Stinky clothes. Cannot get rid of smell ☹️
I wish I had read these reviews first and could give zero stars. I was so excited for the Disney line, and I finally ordered the orange Mickey pullover for my Halloween trip. Upon opening the package, it STUNK. Think a new basketball smells, but somehow worse and more chemical. I cannot get rid of the smell. It’s so disappointing.

Awful service. Worse website. I paid for expedited shipping early on Tuesday for an event Saturday morning expecting Friday delivery. I got noticed more than a day later the item was “sent and waiting” for the USPS which is slow as is and 2 days now still sitting at their location in Utah and expected to be delivered within a day? They refused to reply to my emails after the 6th email which I threatened to get my bank involved. They refuse to reroute which they can and hold my money for no service. Avoid this company at all costs!!

I think it's a scam or something. I purchased two suits(4 pieces) and had to return bc of poor fit. Upon returning o got an email stating that I wound not be credited back for one of the items because it was damaged with two small holes and the padding was removed. I absolutely did not damage it or remove any padding. I don't even know how o could have made the two perfectly spaced tiny holes inside the lining. The top was stretched out and too big. I had it on for a minute or so when I tried it on, then put it back in packaging for return. I sent them a response twice and never heard from them again. So, they kept my money and I have nothing. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever for an expensive swimsuit. Steer clear.
Disappointing to say the least!
Hi, I hope this reaches whomever it needs to. I recently tried to exchange a swimsuit in your salt lake store. The swimsuit still had tags and the hygienic liner in place, and was in the condition it came to me in. I was told I could not exchange it due to it being over 30 days past the purchase date. This policy is outrageous to me. I understand not being able to return for a full refund, but not being able to exchange or return for store credit is just, in my opinion, wrong and not great customer service. Regardless of how long ago I purchased it. If the print is still being sold, it should be returnable. I spent $200 plus on a swimsuit that I’m never going to wear, when you could easily exchange it for me and resale it without a problem and everyone would be happy. The way the policy is now the customer gets screwed. I just figured I would let someone know how unhappy I was with this policy. Thanks for your time.
Unprofessional and unorganized
I ordered 2 pairs of pants. A week later I got an email that their inventory was wrong and one pair of pants wasn't available. I asked to cancel my entire order because I only wanted one pair and the other was a final sale add on.
They responded that the shipment has already gone out and they can't cancel the order. I'm extremely upset at the customer service and lack of professionalism.
Unaccredited business and horrible customer service bordering criminal
Wow I rarely write reviews for a business unless there's something exceptionally good about them and want to shine a light on the business or a particular individual.
In this case it's the opposite, I'm afraid. I felt compelled to write a review because I was left so angry by my experience I hope others don't have it in the future. Also important to note they are NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
The sizes of these bathing suits are very weird. I usually wear the same size and both suit pieces ran very big on me. When I tried to make an exchange for one of the pieces in a smaller size, they sent the wrong piece.
When I tried to remedy the situation and get the right piece sent to me in exchange they then said they received the original item without a tag and it "smelled" which was particularly strange and offensive given I had literally tried this piece on and decided I didn't want it and sent it back. They said there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to give me an exchange let alone any refunds.
So now I'm out over $100 and have one piece of a 2 piece suit I will likely never wear because it won't match anything else and this company was so rude I don't even want the bad energy.
Do not purchase from this company, or just be prepared not to return or exchange anything successfully. Horrible.
Scam
Shipping was terrible. The package was returned to them for some reason and they reshipped it. However it took longer and my items were then ineligible for return (due to their error in shipping). I was able to talk them into letting me return the items due to the error. They made me send pictures of the items with the tags attached. They were in perfect condition as i tried them on once (and they were a terrible fit). One item they would not refund me the money due to "a small amount of makeup" on the top and that they couldn't resell it. Won't buy from them again.

I have been buying Albion Fit swimsuits for at least three years and love them! Their suits are of an amazing quality and their customer service couldn’t be better. Everything has been delivered in a very timely manner, including exchanges. I get many compliments on their suits and the thickness of the material helps hold everything in place. By far my favorite swimsuit company.
TERRIBLE customer service, giant waste of money, do not buy!!
I recently purchased a set of swimsuits and promptly returned them because I didn’t like the fit and color. I then received an email saying they won’t issue a refund because they claim the tag is in the wrong spot, and there’s a little makeup on it so they “can’t resell it.” This was a suit I tried on exactly once, and most certainly did not move the tag (how would anyone actually do that??). There is barely a hint of makeup on the piece. Their claim is they check all the suits before they send them out, which is clearly not true because the tag was in the wrong spot when they sent it to me. What a giant waste of money. All in all their customer service is terrible and I will never be buying from them again. DO NOT BUY.

Maria Bathing suit
I ordered the Maria bathing suit 2 years ago for $138. It has only been worn a couple of times and the mesh insert is deteriorating. Customer service states “ it’s normal wear and tear.” No… it’s only been worn occasionally and hand washed. I have four $138 bathing suits from them & will definitely never order from them again. Bad customer service is not a good way to keep good customers.
Awful shipping
Shipping is terrible. From the tracking it appears they use a shipping partner, and the shipping partner has been holding my packages for multiple days. I placed 4 orders with them last week and each order has been sitting with a status of "USPS awaiting item" for 3-4 days. I had time to order a swimsuit from a different company and receive it before my Albion order has even shipped. I'm not confident that the orders will actually show up at this point. I should have read the reviews first.

Their shipping is unreliable! After waiting for my order of a swimsuit for 2 weeks (they say 7-10 days for shipping), on 04/03/24, I called and spoke with “customer service.” It was lame at best. Reluctantly, they sent me a replacement…shipped on 04/04/24. And I still don’t have a swimsuit that I needed for an event yesterday…04/12/24. She knew I needed the suit!
Who knows when the 2nd suit will arrive….i checked in person with the local USPS with the tracking number for the original order….they had NO record of it! The original shipping company never got it to them! The PO official checked everything!
I’m beginning to think this company is bogus, and that I probably won’t get my money back, or the 2nd suit either. At this point, I just want my money back, forget the suit.
I’d suggest NOT ordering anything from them!!! I’m sorry I did.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants. Quality terrible but very expensive. Did not fit, returned them. They received my return and sent me an email stating 5-7 business days for a refund. It’s been a month and emails get the same response… we are busy and are working on it. Have patience… they won’t last!!! Stay away from this company!!!

Horrible customer service - obtaining customers is expensive, so it doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t do everything they could to retain them. Shop elsewhere.

The suit was cute and nicely made but didn’t fit. I specifically consulted the sizing chart which was way off base. The suit was a tankini sold as an individual top and bottom, so I had to make two separate purchases to get a full suit. Neither piece fit and there is no option to get the size I need as an exchange. Since each piece was bought individually I am paying $16 to return a top and a bottom of a swimsuit. Beware, the returns are expensive.
