I’m very grateful that I’m in walking distance of the Cheltenham uStire because, once again, the staff have solved my problems patiently and efficiently. Delscey
First time at this store after always receiving an excellent service from the Northampton Store, so when I was experiencing difficulties sending emails on my aged Mac air rather than fiddle about thought I would take it to the experts. I was told it couldn't be done as it was old, I was also charged for this information, £20. So I returned home and fiddled and fixed it. Rang in to express my disappointment and inform then it could be done, Apparently I was to be grateful that it was fixed, sunny day etc. Hmm patronising. Maybe you are told too old to make you buy a new one? Shan't be using that store again.
This Rushden store constantly disappoints me
They offered me £100 less than I finally got as a trade in from iPhone 13 Pro max to the 17 Pro
max
They also refused point blank to price match on Air Pods 3 Pro when I told them that they were available at John Lewis and Argos for £200.
I mean, it's not like I'm comparing to Amazon or another online only business.
I just think it's poor and won't be going back.
Very disappointing in terms of keeping people's custom
Very friendly and helpful staff. Spent a lot of time helping me purchase what I needed. Would highly recommend.
We have recently bought 2 apple I pads from the Rushden Lakes I store and on both occasion we were looked after by Lewis. He was very professional, polite and patient an asset to the
Rushden store

I visited the iStore Guildford branch at around 3:00 PM on Saturday, 25 July, intending to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro (Deep Blue, 256GB). Unfortunately, my experience with one of the sales assistants was extremely disappointing.
When I asked if it was possible to see the back of the display phone, I was told no. I completely understand that there may be store policies preventing this, and I have no issue with that. However, the way the employee responded came across as very rude and dismissive.
Despite that, I continued with my purchase and told him I wanted to buy the Deep Blue 256GB model. Without even looking at me or attempting to help further, he simply replied, “We don’t have it.” There was no apology, no offer to check other stores, no suggestion to order one, and no effort to assist in any way.
Throughout the interaction, the employee appeared completely uninterested in helping customers. He stood with his arms crossed for most of the time, giving the impression that he had no interest in engaging with anyone. As someone working in a sales role, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and willingness to help.
I’ve shopped at this store several times in the past and have purchased multiple products here, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. One poor interaction has genuinely changed my perception of the store. I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the level of service being provided. Based on this experience, I don’t see myself returning to this branch.
As a guest from London, I was very impressed with the reception staff Ms Amy and Ms Mew who made me welcome and their English was impeccable. I only wish my Thai was as good!
The security Mr Somporn kindly helped me to relocate some items in storage and he was very patient and kind and we did it very fast. This is one of the most customer focused companies I have ever experienced and it’s a testament to the professionalism and humility of their CEO who I was surprised to meet today and thanked him.
I would highly recommend their services as the focus on the customer is exemplary.

I was served by the most polite well mannered and spoken gentleman called Jordan. He answered all my questions on technology flawlessly and was of the upmost assistance. I cannot praise him more highly. As an Australian not from London he was impeccably helpful. I wasn’t even thinking I would buy a phone. Amazing person and he deserves a raise!

I had an appointment booked through Apple to have my iPhone checked. The earliest available appointment was at the Guildford iStore, so I took my phone there.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the staff member at reception didn't seem interested in helping me. I had to greet him first and explain that my phone was overheating. I had to repeat myself several times before he seemed to understand, or it felt as though he wasn't really listening. I found this quite rude and unprofessional.
He didn't even ask to inspect my phone—I had to hand it to him myself. After only a brief conversation, he simply told me that there was nothing he could do. I explained that I have AppleCare and that Apple had specifically advised me to bring the phone to the store for further investigation. I don't understand how anyone can decide there is no issue without carrying out any diagnostic checks.
I was eventually told that I should take the phone to a "proper" Apple Store, where they might be able to investigate it properly. If I had wanted to travel to an Apple Store, I would have done so in the first place. The only reason I chose this location was because it was the closest appointment available through Apple.
I had already heard from friends about poor customer service at this store, but I wanted to judge the experience for myself. Sadly, my experience matched what they had described. As a customer, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Update in response to the store's reply:
I would like to correct some inaccuracies in your response. I clearly stated from the beginning that my main concern was that my phone was overheating. Please do not make up details about our conversation.
I also explained the OVER HEATING issue multiple times before mentioning the charging port later in the discussion, after no assistance or investigation had been offered. The overheating issue was always my primary concern.
I am not the type of person who shouts or argues with staff. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and polite. In fact, I had to make the effort to keep the conversation going because the staff member was not particularly engaging or welcoming. Regardless of how I am treated, I always remain respectful.
My complaint is not about being told that the issue couldn't be resolved at your store. It is about the way I was treated. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and as though my concerns were dismissed without any proper attempt to investigate them. That is not the level of customer service I would expect.

Istore Cheltenham . Terrible experience . Took my iPad into with a cracked screen . Was promised a replacement within 5-10 days . It’s now been a month and still no iPad . The shop blames an apple supply issue , Apple passes it back to the shop who never answer the phone . Disgraceful
Repair no . G696088952

I ordered a Mac mini in early June (four weeks ago)and paid for it, now I am being told I have to pay another £300 to fulfil the order!
If I had ordered directly online with apple this would not have happened.
I will never use istore again

Very disappointed with iStore in Woking.
Before booking an appointment through my Apple account, I phoned the store to confirm they had the required replacement battery in stock. I was assured that they did. Based on that information, I booked an appointment and drove to the store.
After arriving, I went through the necessary iPhone diagnostic checks and waited while they assessed the device, only to be told that they did not actually have the battery in stock. This meant the entire appointment was pointless.
I wasted time making the call, booking the appointment, and driving there, all because I was given incorrect information. If the battery wasn’t available, I would have appreciated being told before making the trip.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this store based on my experience. I’ll be getting my battery replaced directly through an Apple Store instead.

MacAir TrackPad Replacement Repair:
Way Too Expensive / Poor Quality Call Handlers / Slow Service & Total Waste of time.
I am an IT Professional and run my own business, I cannot loose my laptop for nearly 2 business weeks while they over charge for a slow and poorly presented service.
1-2 days to run a diagnositc on a sticky track pad, followed by upto 5 days to order a part which is available next day on Amazon. And I did ask that they would have the part in stock to assist in a rapid repair.
All this and probably another 2 days to replace it, which is a 1-2hr job.
Inefficient, expensive, poor quality service, I really wonder who apart from them thinks this is an acceptable service.
I went somewhere else and suggest you do to.
Updated 10mins later:
Called Ross-IT in Colchester, free diagnostic and immediate service, no un-necessary delays.!
I see that your corporate style from reviews is commonly 'you abused our staff'
Thats a great way of avoiding improvement, that is as I said to your staff member, your business problem. When you treat clients badly, expect harsh truth and direct words. There was no abuse.
