I had an extremely negative experience with this store. I ordered two dresses on September 30th, and the problems started immediately.
The first dress was never delivered — it was shipped, but I never received it. Despite this, I was suddenly told that I had to pay €260 in taxes, which I had never been informed about in advance. I refused to pay and officially asked them to notify the delivery service so the package could be returned to the sender.
After that, the delivery company started contacting me, demanding that I pay these taxes, even though I never received the item and had officially refused it.
The second dress was never shipped at all.
From September 30th onward, the store refused to refund me for either dress. Every time I contacted them, I received only excuses — they either claimed they needed to send some kind of “confirmation email” or offered to ship the dress again.
I never wanted a replacement or another shipment — from the very beginning, I only requested a refund.
👉 Only after I contacted support dozens of times and repeatedly left public comments did they finally refund my money — almost 4 months later.
The experience was extremely frustrating and exhausting. I do not recommend this store.

I ordered an Albina white gown for a second wedding dress in september. I spoke with several staff members confirming that i could return the dress if it was not correct for a refund. Unfortunately when it arrived, the quality was poor. The white material had a purple tinge, the stetchy fabric looked cheap and due to these factors i decided to return the dress. It is now december and i still have not recieved a refund for a $2000 dresss. I have been back and forth with workers confirming that they will get it done or prioritise my refund. However, 4 months later i am still without my refund. Very upsettting.

I am going to add to this as I’ve had a terrible experience with them. I ordered Venom corset from them and they sent out the wrong size twice so I asked for a refund. Their policy is 15-30 business days to receive a refund and it’s well exceeded that time frame with no refund in sight. Do not buy from this company. I returned my garment due to their mistake twice.
*after posting this review and mentioning requesting a chargeback from my bank via email, magically 30 minutes later I’ve received my refund after waiting since 7 October (now 8 December). For those who are waiting still, I suggest you do the same.

Paid an extra $100 to have the dress made longer and was completely scammed. It arrived extremely short to the point my butt cheeks were showing, and several beads were already falling off while I was just trying it on. Terrible quality and a total waste of money.

I’m really disappointed.
Please know that you have to pay for customs and taxes and they don’t tell you. The UK law is that it has to state at checkout. It has to be reasonably visually seen to the consumer.
I told him that I don’t want to pay £200 for customs and taxes. I told him that I’m happy to reject and refuse the parcel. They kept insisting that I keep the parcel they first offered to pay 50%. I said no I want to refuse the parcel and send it back and then they told me that they will pay for the customs and taxes. I agreed, but then I did tell them that what if I’m not happy with the address can I still return it and they said yes it’s for free.
The annoying thing about this company is that they will message you from six different numbers. You can’t even keep track who you’re talking to. The way they talk is very unprofessional.
The dress has now come and the quality is horrible. I’ve paid over £800 for the dress and the quality is so bad the beads are really bad and cheap.
Now that I’ve asked to refund the address, they’re all ignoring me. all of those six Numbers that was messaging me is now ignoring me. I’ve also emailed them no response. I can actually see that they’ve read my messages as well.
The sad thing is for my engagement as well.
No one tries to be annoying, but at the end of the day there’s a certain amount that I could afford and if you’re not gonna state that at checkout is not my problem.

So I placed an order in Sept 2025 received the corset on 10/2/2025. I paid over $500 usd plus tax. 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail from FedEx stating I owe $205usd Duty Tax. I have been emailing, WhatsApp, back and forth since Oct and now FedEx is threatening me with Collections’ I’m

Sorry this company is definitely something to look into if you consider ordering from! It took a very long time to get my refund and now I am stuck with a bill for 98.00 to ship a dress back after receiving a damaged dress. They do not get back to you and unfortunately I ithey have many people that are going through similar situations. Do your homework before ordering.

It’s a fraudulent website that sells at extremely high prices with very, very poor quality—worse than any Chinese website, and Shein would be considered luxury compared to their quality.
I bought from them the first time, and the dress was extremely bad. I requested an exchange, and they were very cooperative. I asked them to improve the quality, but the second dress they sent was even worse.
The chest padding was literally made of folded vegetable cardboard stuffed inside the bust area. The stitching was awful, like someone’s first time sewing—or like a child sewed it. The bottom of the dress was uneven, one side longer than the other, and they just glued parts together.
Basically, the website is a huge scam. The dress they sent me doesn’t cost more than $50 to make, and I bought it for $800—not including customs and tax.
I hope we stand together against this website. I will write and post about my experience so people become aware. And no, I didn’t even ask for a refund or return, because I read many comments saying they never got their money back.

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding at the end of July. The dress was custom-made to my measurements, which is why delivery took a little longer. My sister's wedding was at the beginning of October, and I received the dress in mid-September. I was initially skeptical about whether the dress would arrive on time, but the entire Albina Dyla team was very courteous and always helpful. All communication was via WhatsApp customer service. There were days when it took a little longer to get a response, but after a while that wasn't a problem for me, as they always replied with a solution and positive news. The promise that the dress would arrive on time was kept, so I can only recommend them. The dress was simply a 100/10, I fell in love with it and it fit perfectly. A big thank you to the Albina team, especially Elma, Gresa, Tensor, and Liridona.

I really wanted to like this company because the pictures online look nice but the reality is very different. The products I received were poor quality the zippers do not work, the materials feel cheap, and the clothes look much better in photos than they do in real life.
Customer service is extremely disappointing. They act helpful at first, but once you try to return the product, they push store credit instead of giving you your money back. It has been almost two months, and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s a constant fight, messages going back and forth, and meanwhile I have no dress and no money.
Be careful they delay, argue, and avoid issuing refunds. The customer service feels fake and unprofessional.
Stay away from this company. The quality is bad, the return process is a nightmare, and getting your money back is almost impossible.

I recently ordered two gowns from ALBINA DYLA, and while the overall journey was quite challenging, I want to highlight the dedication and support I received from their team throughout the process.
My experience began with some disappointment, as the dresses initially delivered arrived damaged. After reaching out to customer service, I was contacted by Eriola, who handled my case. She was attentive, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me. She immediately arranged for both gowns to be replaced urgently so they could still meet my deadline and travel plans.
Unfortunately, the replacement dresses, although made with much better fabric quality and workmanship, arrived in the wrong sizes. Once again, I reached out to Eriola, and once again she remained cooperative, patient, and proactive in trying to resolve the issue. She even kept in touch during her days off, checking on the progress and making sure I wasn’t left without assistance.
I also want to acknowledge the involvement of Besa, one of the managers, who approved covering all return shipping costs on both occasions, a great relief, and additionally offered a 35% refund of the total purchase to help with alterations on my end. This gesture was truly appreciated.
Although the ordering process brought some stress and frustration, I sincerely want to thank the ALBINA DYLA team for their continued efforts, kindness, and commitment to making things right within a tight timeframe. Their customer service, especially from Eriola and Besa, truly stood out and deserves recognition.
My 5 stars go mainly to the customer service and their effective problem solving. I truly hope the brand will also take steps to improve the overall consistency and quality of their gowns to better reflect the price range they offer.

I ordered a dress from here because they were having a promotion for US clients and I always wanted a dress from this company. When the dress came, it wasn’t what I expected. I spoke with a few reps to see what my options were. Anytime I called the US showroom, no one picked up, only to find out I was calling after hours. I requested to return the dress and it was accepted, but I still made an appt to visit the showroom. I decided to take the dress I was returning to my appt. Didn’t feel like going and wanted to reschedule, but the Holy Spirit told me I should go and I’m glad I did!!! NISA was TRULY AMAZING and BOMB af!! She exceeded beyond my expectation. She UNDERSTOOD the assignment. I had a wonderful experience and she made sure I left with a beautiful dress for a Holiday Gala. She also gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse!!! She made my day!!! I am so excited and can’t wait to wear it. I will definitely revisit the showroom!! Thank you so much NISA!!! Highly recommended!
