I went through a rough couple of years…
I went through a rough couple of years and my banking with Bank of America was tied up with fraudulent transactions and compromised data… But Albert was there for me with great customer service and support to get my account back up and running after I was involved in a scam yet again. Then as luck would have it,I lost my card. With one email I was back in my account with a new debit card in less than a week! I appreciate that I have a dependable service that backs me up! Thank you 😁

I tried Albert, I really did give it to college try. But the predatory billing, shitty customer service, and lack of any special services you can get cheaper or even free on other app’s
Then I jumped through hoops to try and cancel the app. I was told once the account was empty it would be closed. GUESS WHAT!! They reopened my account and kept billing for it.
