Beautifully made clothes and great returns

100% perfect linen dress
I ordered a linen dress, I loved the picture on the website and it arrived today. Let me just say that the dress is all that I wanted, 100% linen, perfect fit which is always difficult for me as I am a size 16 and only 5ft 3in, the quality is amazing and bonus it has pockets, I am going to France in July and I will be travelling in this dress and I think I will probably wear it all the time, perfect with my UGGs. Customer service perfect, delivery time perfect

Top Quality clothing and good fit consistently
chave purchased a number of items from Albaray, and the quality and fit is consistent. In particular, my latest purchases were the the brown trousers and waistcoat, teamed with a smart blouse and the full length camel coat (great length), this looked terrific and attracted lots of compliments. Equally the short camel jacket I bought looks great with smart attire or casual. These clothes are timeless. Evening wear fantastic too: I can recommend the off-shoulder fitting tops and dresses. Jumpers a super quality too, so cosy and look classy too, like wearing a hug :0). For good order I am 5"7 and trousers are a great length as are the dresses. Delivery speedy, very helpful team if you have a query. Very Highly recommend.

An ok…ish blazer, luckily bought it on sales as it is not worth its original price. Looks cheap, nothing like in pictures on website. Came very creased and I spent an hour trying to make it look presentable. Can’t be bother with returns after reading reviews regarding refunds.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could! Huge problem getting a refund it's been 20 days since they received my return. Their policy is to refund in 3 days. Customer Service is in no hurry to resolve anything always referring to their warehouse. I will not ever be shopping with this brand again. I am trying to do a charge back via my credit card now. Ineffective and a incompetentcompany - beware!

So far I still await confirmation of my refund. Albaray you need to improve the speed of this service to align with other retailers. As of today, following two messages to query my return, I am still being informed that I must wait for a response from the warehouse. Not impressed and unlikely to order anything in the future which is a shame as the quality of the clothing was lovely.
