WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
This was the first time we used Albany Park and Fly. My sister bragged about the service when she used it in November, 2019.
Arriving back to a warmed up vehicle in the winter was extremely appealing. The service provided to us was EXCEPTIONAL. The cost for the service was extremely fair!
We will definitely use Albany Park and Fly in the future for our travel needs. They excel in Customer Service.

Making Res. was rather painless, but…
The reservation procedure was rather painless. The final price included some items that I may have missed in my reading of the "Terms & Conditions" & "Privacy" statements; namely the gas charge ($2.00), & the "Coupon Processing Fee" ($4.99). My 'coupon' was the discount I received for Veteran Status. If I had been 'coupon-ed' as a "Senior', the 10% discount would have been almost gone through these charges that I did not read about.
