Ordered a distressed cap from Alanduo. When it arrived I discovered that it wasn’t distressed at all. It was painted to look that way. Right down to the shamrock “patch”. I was totally disappointed plus there were no instructions on how to return it. Not in the package nor on-line. Buyers beware!

I would like to repport that this brand is a complete fake! The pictures and descritions of fabrics are fake, what arrives at your house is nothing like you see. When I got the clothe I was totally dissapointed and wrote them wanting to return everything. The return policy is also a complete scam, I'm in Portugal and have to return the products to China! No only costs more than the products itself, also we are not sure they arrive on time or arrive at all. So they offered me a 15% cash back to keep their products, or for my silence, which I did not and will no accept! So the return policy is also fake. Shame on Alanduo and Shame on Pinterest to advertise this kind of brand!

I would like to complain that Pinterest has become a major advertising spot for fraudulent companies from China and the East. They do beautiful photo shoots of wonderful clothes and goods, but if they arrive at all they are cheap and nothing like the picture. Sometimes just transfers, cardboard ,plastic ,cheap fabric . Pointless using Pinterest, don't buy anything they advertise!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING. ITEMS ARE NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED, CHEAP MATERIAL. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I received a t-shirt made of cheap material, an iron on transfer Santa on the front and nothing looks anything like the picture! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! AWFUL FRAUD!

More than a month and im yet to receive my order even after opting to pay for faster shipping, got only one response after asking about the order that it would be shipped after 3 Working days that was on 28th July... i gave up on waiting ...thank god i decided to check out only 2 Items as opposed to the 15 items id added to my cart . I do blame myself though for not going through the reviews first... Im thinking reporting the advert will have it pulled off Pinterest as they are fraudsters if all these reviews and my experience are anything to go by.... Please report the advert to help others I've done my part

Very disappointed in clothing received from order. Material not as depicted there was no information as to material content on the website that I could find. Sizes varied all over the board some fit OK other extra large pants were way too small. Material was slimy polyester. Tried to return clothing and was given the runaround. The company replied that since it was such a hassle for me to return it that they would just give me 10% back instead. Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from this company. The product quality is terrible, and their customer service is worse. I am currently struggling just to process a simple return, and the experience has been frustrating and exhausting. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Less than 1 star. I am so terribly disappointed. I thought I was ordering good quality linen/cotton materials, which is why I ordered, but it was all the cheapest polyester and the sizing was all wrong. Alanduo : you lied!!!! From seven products received, I can keep two, the others are unwearable, quality wise and size wise. Anywhere else I can order 2XXL and it fits, with your stuff, it did not fit comfortably around the chest and around the hips. Three items are still to be delivered, I am sure, that I will also be disappointed. I will NEVER order from you again or recommend you. I want a refund, I am sending your stuff back.

The product is nothing like it shows in the photos!! Don’t waste your money!

The clothing I ordered were described as cotton/linen blend. It definitely is not! There is no tags stating what the content is but it is definitely synthetic.
My entire order is going back.

We ordered a caftan : order number HI00086572 dated July the 5th 2025.
The material is synthetic, definitely not cotton and linen as described
The cut is so completely wrong that it is laughable
The finishings is shoddy and cheap

I really got scammed. I received cheap fabric shirt that I never ordered. Throw it in the trash where it belongs!

Purchased many items, returned them all. Where did I have to send them…China. Bought them early May returned via USPS as they requested. These items are sitting in China customs since mid May and they have been cleared. But the seller keeps saying they have not been notified by the customs. They will not refund my $$$ until they get them. Items were grossly mis represented. They advertise on Pinterest. They should be dropped as a seller! Oh, it cost me $81.00 to return them!

They stole my money, I never got an answer after they cash my money. No product no money back. This is a scam I'm telling everyone not to buy here it's a scam I made a mistake with my address I try to get in touch with them and after 3 weeks no body answer but yes they got my money.75 dollars. Very bad experience!

I would not even give a 1. STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered on 6/24/2025 and paid an extra 13.46 for 10 day delivery. On July 4, 2025 no package, tracked the package and found that it was at the dispatch center. I thought okay, it is the holiday, no big deal. 7/10/2025 I find that the tracking status had changed to insufficient address so I contacted Alanduo support. They sent me an email with a link to post office to find my package and wished me luck. They were not willing to help search or do anything. That is what they consider good customer service noted on their website? 7/17/25 The insufficient address THAT THEY PLACED TO THE PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING was already sent back to dispatch by the time post office found the missing package. At this point I emailed Alandou support back and informed them of the status of my package with a picture of the label showing that THE MISSING ADDRESS WAS THEIR DOING and the package was on its way back to them. I received a response today saying the package was destroyed and they will “as a courtesy “ refund 1/2 of my money!!!! THIS IS SCAM, PROBABLY LEFT THE ADDRESS OFF ON PURPOSE!

I ordered my purchase on alanduo Japanese art clothing. I paid for my purchase. I did not receive a tracking number for the shipping of product. Sent 3 emails to the email address provided for customer support and did not receive any feedback for .y emails sent. Now I am concerned this is a scam. I have contacted my bank institution and will be following up on this if it is a SCAM. Will I be refunded to be continued.
