A bunch of crooks. Wish I had seen previous reviews? Like others mentioned they want a whole host of info to withdraw money but accept deposits without question. Came to withdraw my initial £20 and got charged £2.50. An instance 12.5% loss. I’ve tested out over 20 gambling sites and these are by far the worst

This site is a joke an absolute scam. Stay well away they are just purely robbing people!!!! Customer service is poor the slots are fixed needs to be reported to a gambling commision. Stay well clear. They all deserve to have the oxygen taken from them.

Avoid all jumpman gaming sites played it been 5 weeks since I have won my money £23,000 still waiting they keep asking for documents that I have sent multiple times now they are taking 5 days to reply to me I have now opened an account with resolver but it is still not going well there scammers

Deposited £20 withdrew £310 (well tried to) sent a Revolut statement for proof of address got rejected then sent a Monzo one that was rejected to be sent an email to be told they don’t accept those two banks as proof of address it doesn’t state that anywhere also does it matter who it’s banked with proof is proof just dragging there heels to not pay me what’s owed to verify my account I’d avoid these at all cost

Absolutely sick and tired of waiting to get my winnings, this has been going on since the start of November. You send emails and it takes them 3 or 4 days to reply. I have tried contacting via Facebook messenger and I got a reply once.. avoid them better off with sky Vegas or coral they pay out within a couple of hours. Also its annoying they don't have a contact number.
