Strongly Not Recommended

This company is extremely disappointing. They charge excessively high fees for paying your fines and have a strict no-refund policy, even if the rental hasn’t started. The customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive, offering little to no assistance when issues arise. Their lack of flexibility and poor support make the experience frustrating and far from worth the cost. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-friendly service.
