We placed an order and then decided we needed it in a more timely manner. Michael Davis made sure our order was top priority and it shipped earlier than expected with his diligence. Great company to work with as we have many times before.

The representative was very helpful…

The representative was very helpful helping me out with the measurements and making sure all the measurements were correct. He was patient and respectful about my concerns. I would definitely recommend this company and its products. I inspected everything and they were all in great condition.

Very satisfied customer

Product arrived faster than initially projected. The shipping box was torn and beat up thanks to FedEx but the contents was wrapped and taped extremely well so nothing was lost or damaged. The track and components are commercial quality without a doubt. The was a hiccup in the rollers but Robert at Akon Customer Service was understanding and very quick to resolve the issue. I would buy from again.

Great response time

We had a project with a very aggressive schedule and need your product in a very short time frame. Michael Davis went above and beyond to expedite what we needed in a time frame for us to meet the schedule with our client. I have rarely had a vendor try this hard to help us and Michael was a pleasure to work with and I certainly look forward to the next opportunity.
