I have been waiting a month and a half by now and still haven't recieved the order or a reply from their customer service after reaching out 3 times.

Ahh ok no problem I did not receive the 2 emails from your partners, but thanks for the speedy reply on here.

I was originally ordering a 629.99 GBB gel blaster being the smc 9 with gtp 9 so I ordered it thinking that I was going to receive it in a week or two 3 weeks past by no item and kept being given the run around and them saying that it is not working properly and why would it be for purchase if it wasn't working properly so I said that they didn't have to get it working properly on there end and said that I would sign a waiver stating that I am getting it as what it was with them needing to fix it and leaving me to fix it cause I insisted on it cause I know how to repair them and few days past them dragging there feet like they are waiting to do it there way and not allow a customer who clearly knows how to fix it just receive the items and I bought this with a disability check where I am entitled to receive what I get with the funds and they didn't get that matter and stieght up canceled my order then just sending it to me as is and allowing me the customer who knows more about them fix it but they didn't allow it and they were not willing to work with me and just send it to me as is so don't buy anything from them unless you are certain they won't mess up your order.

I had 4 purchases from AK. Always fast shipping and great communication when issues occurred. You won't find a better blaster shop than AK.

I ordered the Beretta and am not sure how to use it. AK gave all of the information I needed to get things started; he is one of the most dedicated owners I've seen. I will buy again!

So I had made an order from this company a couple months ago, and I just now decided to write a review. At first I thought this company was great, they have many products to offer and shipping was fast. I was thrilled to receive my blaster. However I soon found out that it didn't perform as great as I thought it should, especially since the ammo would continuously shatter as they were shot. I emailed customer support, and they responded asking to know more about the blaster and my complaints about it. I was asking for an exchange or return, and eventually they stopped replying. I waited a week or two for them to reply before sending another email. When they didn't reply to that email I sent another telling them to just forget it, since I obviously wasn't getting anywhere. The blaster I ordered wasn't a cheap one either. It wasn't super expensive, but it should've been a good quality gun for the price. I recently used my blaster again hoping to have a good time which only made me realize how disappointing it is. I'm not satisfied with my experience with akgelblaster.com or the blaster itself.

Came damaged but hey were able to get it fixed.

I was happy with my purchase but there was a little bit of misinformation when it came to you guys's review video when I purchased the p320x5 it said an RMR plate will fit it but it doesn't I ended up having to modify the existing plate to screw it to it and there is nothing available other than a spring upgrade and o-ring on your site for that pistols so that is just a little irritating especially when your videos telling people it fits and it doesn't when you actually need to buy a special one that nobody can find anywhere

what u need. I ordered a SLR CQB V4 on March 5th and it arrived on my doorstep on March 14.
From Hongkong to UK it took only 9days.
So please when my order arrived.
They also have great customer service and always happy to reply on my email.
The email response only took 1-2hr and for me thats very quick compared to other websites that will take a day to respond.
