Avoid Akelius at all costs!
We moved into this flat only 8 months ago and we're already exhausted of dealing with Akelius and Streamline. The problems started on day 1, with the washing machine broken. Even though the flat had been empty for a while, they only changed it two weeks after we moved in. Among quite a few other issues, we had mould in the winter and the specialist told them the foggy windows were contributing to it and should be changed. That was February. Streamline sent the same guy twice to take the measurements and then said they'd need to install temporary windows. Now, in June, they sent another person who didn't know which window panels to change and had only 3, when we need to have 5 or 6 changed. So he simply left. It's impossible to get hold of them on the phone, and they always end up sending an email apologising and rescheduling the works for the umpteenth time.
