Honestly at this day and age, most people take the time to write a review only when they had a negative experience, so I was not as sceptical checking other reviews. Personally, everything went smooth and great! Best odds in the business, 5-star betting site, 5-star customer support, not that other bot support bs like the rest of them. Placed my bet on Trump, won, got paid almost instantly. Reliable trust worthy bookie! If you lost all ur money, dont be angry at the bookie/ casino and write a bad review, be angry at your self for being a pr*ck, learn to gamble within ur means.

Signed up to AK bet a while back but didn't use the site much.
Deposited another £200 early this week and when I came to withdraw the account was suspended, KYC documents were required to reopen my account.
The customer services team have replied to emails I have sent, made the required documents clear and explained the process to me, its a protective measure to keep both punters and the bookies safe.
I am waiting for my account to be verified but as I am not doing anything wrong I'm not worried about this process and understand these measures are required from respectable and responsible sites to ensure everyone's safety.
The markets are great, the in play scores are accurate and the in play bets are placed quickly meaning you don't keep getting 'the odd have changed' pop up.

Since writing this AK Bets have requested additional information to assure my experience is affordable to me, personally I feel this just shows that the company are looking after my best interests and respect this step a lot.. other bookies would just verify the account and allow you to keep betting without a care for your financial wellbeing.
Even more than this they have returned my balance to me whilst the verification is being processed, genuinely so impressed, especially as some of these reviews say they won't return the money (absolute rubbish).

My experience with AKbet, and in particular, the customers services team has been nothing but perfect, would give 10 stars if I could.

Join plenty of these gambling sites, have a look at the review and decide to join just few days ago, just like any other site, ask to do kyc after 1st attempt withdrawal, just emailed them my license and statement night before, and my withdrawal just over 6 gran was in my account when I woke up. I hope they not restricted my account like white hat gaming for no reason when I still got like 8k in their account, keep telling me my account under review for over a week then I tell them to close my account they pay my money back.

Avoid like the plague, over 3 weeks period I deposited £40 , started getting few wins about £400 altogether and they closed my account without a reason, much better sites out there !!!!

Funniest thing is they claim they aren’t afraid to take a big bet! I did 4 multiple bets all for 10p stakes, no huge prices and all each way and every time the bets were referred to traders and took ages to go on.

I’m aware of the person replying to bad reviews berating their authors but most of them have been chatting nonsense just because they lost. My views are genuine and sensible so they can try all they like, it won’t wash.

This is a very poor value site, you’re pretty much guaranteed to lose out if you take any prices and I dread to think how badly their slots play. I haven’t been foolish enough to try yet.

Lowered my deposit limit because it just isn’t worth getting involved with a bunch of ungrateful wretches who don’t appreciate customers of my calibre.

Let’s deal with the facts:
I wagered £2400 on Monopoly Live the first day I used the account. All casino play counts towards your “wager £50+” daily bonus and I got 10 10p spins the next day.

Since then I’ve qualified twice having spent £100 on the casino and received 10 £1 spins which is much better. Quite puzzling though that spending 24x more got me 10% of that.

I didn’t place 4 10p bets - that was the unit stake; I placed multiple bets (as in bets with more than one selection). The stakes were £20, £25 x 2 and £50 and in all cases your traders were shaking in their boots. If only I’d picked horses that won to make them realise their fears. You gave me a £10 free sports bet, not a £1 one. You’re making yourselves look worse than I am!

When you acknowledge you’ve not been very truthful in your reply and stop being rude, I’ll put you up to 3 stars, maybe even 4. You shouId also be adding a further 10 £1 spins for what happened on Saturday. DFS were lovely. Got a good deal and they deserved 5 stars - I recommend you go there. You would also need to reinstate the chat in order to receive any score increase. Let’s face it, you need a higher score. Just be grown up about it.

As for my deposit levels and settings, that’s none of your business. I informed your ‘trader chat’ that I have replied to your response here and they’ve now removed that chat facility. Hilarious - shows you’re happy to give it but can’t take it.

Lastly, the betting firms I’ve given 1 star to all deserve it thoroughly. It’s very hard to get good customer service these days and there’s another 1 star score on its way to a horrible site called Betrino.

Would not recommend the slot but can't fault the sports section slots just feel dead hard get a bonus maybe just my luck on casino but you can usually tell when a casino is fair and the slots on this one don't feel it and I don't care about rng if you don't have a big player base then who cares about rng

Read all the poo reviews they tell the truth. I spent 150. 3 bonuses 🤣 and best was a tenner. On much better sites 1 bonus paid 350 off the same stake. It isn't as random as they claim. Anyway that's what you get for gambling I suppose. Funny reviews though with their replies

Really strange bookie, banned me after depositing and placing two rather small golf bets (50 and 25)
which I think both lost.

I was asked to send my KYC docs which were accepted without issues, then my account got zapped the next day due to "a business decision".
Really strange bookie, avoid.

The customer service replies from AK bets on TrustPilot are hilarious though.

All these negative reviews made me almost not sign up, and then was hesitant to use the site for weeks. That said when I finally did i had zero issues. Verification is easy and quick. Every gambling site has to do this now and AK are no different to anyone else in this regard. If they are asking for verification after you’ve spent thousands don’t blame them for doing you a favour!

Withdrawals - don’t read the fake reviews. I went on a bit of a losing streak to start with then had a decent win on the casino/sport combined. I withdrew on a Friday night and sweated due to reading these reviews. The money was in my account before I woke up the next day. I’ve had zero issues with any withdrawals even when it’s saw me in profit.

Only downside for me is the lack of markets at times compared to the bigger bookmakers but that’s to be expected and I imagine AK bets will only improve on that front. They also have the trader chat which I used for the first time recently and got a price on a market I was looking for. Was easy and quick.

Lastly the amount of free spins/bets I’ve had are genuinely second to none. Quite often a nice surprise in the account for loyalty.

Don’t let all the fake reviews put you off, these guys are legit. They may not be as big as some but make up for it in plenty other ways.

I have no idea why people try to break rules and expect good results from any company. I have send my documents after akbet request. It has been verified in 12 hours. I deposit and bet for greyhounds. I just wanted to withdraw to my debit card and it was in my account in less then 1 hour.
