Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. They delay refunds, ignore customer requests, and even send incorrect products. To make matters worse, they don’t arrange timely pickups and offer no proper resolution. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional service, definitely not recommended.

Poor customer support at AJIO LUXE

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an item ordered on AJIO luxe if value Rs 50,000 TODD shoes
For last few days Iam not getting response from either of you both companies
Details & issue:
Original order placed on 20th September for shoes elivered on 25 th September- wrong size so a new exchange order was placed
The replacement pair (size UK 8.5) was dispatched on 26th
The tracking status shows it arrived at the Delhivery facility in Ahmedabad on29 th September and then every two days it keeps on changing has remained “In Transit” with no movement since then.
Promised delivery dates (30 Sept → 3 Oct → 9 Oct-> 10 October ) have all lapsed.
This delay is highly unacceptable for a premium exchange order.
Despite multiple phone calls and emails AJIO has not responded and replied . I will recommend people not to purchase from AJIO due to extremely poor customer support.

I initiated a return for order #[RT 193073592] more than two weeks ago and am still waiting for a pickup. Every day, I get notifications saying "Out for pickup," but no one ever shows up or calls. I've spent hours on the phone with customer care, only to be met with scripted apologies and no real solution. They simply raise a new complaint and extend the date, trapping me in an endless loop. This is completely unacceptable. Ajio, if your "easy returns" process doesn't work, don't advertise it. My money is stuck, and your customer service is unhelpful.

They didn't accept a return for a defective item that they sent to me. I needed to share the images with customer support. It's an extremely ludicrous system that asks you to send everything under 15 MBs. As a customer, it's a long process, and even after sharing, I haven't received a reply from them. They won't reply to you until the return period is over. It's a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AJIO.

Worst experience in terms of return refund exchange. Also took longer time for return refund. You will not be able to use wallet balance until you shop more than 2k or 3k then what is the point providing the wallet balance . Myntra service is far better and very quick service.

Their delivery agents are fraudsters . Please stop placing order on this website . Their delivery guy took away my product and after a day he rejected it stating it does not pass quality check .Now company is saying reinitiate it , but irony is product is no longer with me and now they haven't initiated my refund .That delivery guy scammed me . He should have the checked quality at door step , but he took away , and i thought everything is good .
They are fraudsters , i am not going to spare them .

Not trustworth - dont waste time

Not trustworthy, Many flaws in the system:

Prepare urself to receive a used product, almost always delayed, or more than sometimes order cancelled as well. This seems more like a company - trying to loan your money for 7-10 days, or more and returning.

1.) Delivery - orders are always almost always delayed.
Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, even Meesho delivers faster than Ajio Luxe.

2.) Poor Quality Check - Received product which was used, without electonic security tag. Nowadays, items from Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho come with security tags, preventing items from being used. But Ajio Luxe promising a luxury item, cant even check or train employees to do proper quality checks.

2.) Customer Baiting - During sales items are promised with some discount. However, the orders get cancelled, with just sorry msg saying your order could not be fulfilled. (Happened twice with me, so not just a coincidence)

3.) Customer care - turnaround time for resolution of tickets is 1 week. Really - while others provide 24-48 hr resolution. Ofcourse, there is mostly always no resolution. Just another useless sorry.

4.) Sorry for inconvenience - but he is an invisible coupon which u will receive in 24 hrs. Ohhh!! dont expect to actually receive a coupon. It is just a sham message, just like the company.

Looks like a scam or major management issues, if u ask me. #AjioSuss
