Disappointing experience with AJet today. A flight with no USB charging at seats in 2026 feels unacceptable, especially on a route where passengers depend on devices staying alive. What made it worse was the constant pressure to upsell products throughout the flight, while basic passenger needs seemed ignored. The cabin crew came across as detached, focused more on selling than on service. Air travel should not feel like being trapped in a flying marketplace.

After changing both connecting flight times multiple times which left us waiting hours with a young child my family were completely ripped off with them demanding extra charges for our baggage- even though my husband had already PAID to have cabin baggage on our flight so how can they charge us TWICE. We will of course be taking this further to get our money back. Do not use them - they will try and charge you extra for your baggage

Mon bagage a été perdu lors de mon vol. À mon arrivée, j’ai immédiatement fait une déclaration officielle à l’aéroport (rapport PIR à l’appui), donc le bagage a bien été reconnu comme manquant par leurs services.
Après plus d’un mois d’attente et de relances, la compagnie refuse toute indemnisation sous prétexte que je ne peux pas fournir l’étiquette bagage… sauf que celle-ci ne m’a jamais été remise au moment de l’enregistrement.
C’est totalement injuste et contraire aux droits des passagers. J’ai respecté toutes les démarches, j’ai un dossier officiel, et malgré cela, ils cherchent à éviter leur responsabilité.
Service client lent, réponses copiées-collées et aucune réelle volonté de résoudre le problème.
Je déconseille fortement.

Terrible experience with this airline.
My baggage was lost during my flight. Upon arrival, I immediately reported it at the airport and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) was issued, meaning the airline officially acknowledged that my baggage was missing.
After more than a month of waiting and multiple follow-ups, they refused to provide any compensation, claiming that I did not provide a baggage tag. The problem is: I was never given this tag at check-in.
This is completely unfair and against passenger rights. I followed all the required procedures, I have an official report, and yet they are trying to avoid their responsibility.
Customer service is slow, responses feel automated, and there is clearly no real intention to resolve the issue.
I strongly do not recommend this airline.

I had a very bad experience with Ajet. My return tickets from Dubai to Switzerland were lost even though they were paid for on time. We contacted the airport in Turkey several times, but it was useless. In the end, I was forced to buy new return tickets with Emirates just to be able to get home.
The airline clearly sells more tickets than there are seats on the plane. Even on the flight from Zurich to Turkey, a woman with a valid ticket had no seat available, and the police had to intervene and send her back to Zurich. It was an absolutely terrible experience – no organization and completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Cancelled flight, no info, no connection to the service. Once you get a connection after hours of waiting they are lying that it's not their responsibility to rebook your flight and after quoting legal basis, they finally pretend to act - but with an emphasis of THEY PRETEND that they want to solve your issue. AVOID by all means, never never ever.
Cruel experience
T+10 since our flight from SAW Istanbul got cancelled. Waited 5 hours to get a flight rebooking. We've been waiting another 5 hours to get to the only available Ajet hotel desk. Maybe we'll get there in another hour. No monatary compensation, no complementary meals in those 10 hours other than a single 300ml bottle of water.

Gate closed early for AJet VF1990
AJet VF1990 STN-SAW March 20: Your website rule: "must be at boarding gate at least 20 mins before departure." Arrived Gate 32 before 15:29 (>21 mins early for 15:50).
Gate staff: Doors closed, jetbridge removed, boarding ended 30 mins early. FlightAware: Off-block 15:39 (11 mins EARLY vs schedule).
Customer service misled about "Stansted AJet sales office" (airport staff confirmed doesn't exist). Wasted time searching, missed connections, bought expensive Pegasus replacement.
AJet responses: Generic "late arrival" with ZERO timestamps despite my evidence. Filed CAA claim for compensation.

Worst airline I’ve ever had to deal with. Booked a flight from London to Riyadh and it had a connecting flight in Istanbul. AJet have cancelled the second part of my flight but kept the first part and expect me to just stay in Istanbul when my destination is Riyadh. It’s so difficult to get hold of the airline and when they finally answered my 3rd email (because they ignored the first 2), I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a refund even though they could not get me to my destination. Shocking service from AJet and to be honest they are just taking advantage of the Middle East war and keep people’s money. Always remember it’s profit before people with companies like this. Avoid! Do not travel with AJet. I will be starting court proceedings. I advise everyone to if you have not received your money back.

9.5h delay admitted, but compensation refused – Unacceptable!
Extremely poor service and legal non-compliance. My flight (VF280) from Bishkek was delayed by 9 hours and 29 minutes due to 'operational reasons' (Case ID: [VF-820766 #S-2366420#]). Despite AJet's written admission of this massive delay, they are now refusing to pay the mandatory compensation, claiming 'no legislation applies.' This is false; Turkish SHY-PASSENGER regulations clearly mandate compensation for such delays. Furthermore, their delay caused a system error that cancelled my return flight, leaving me stranded. Avoid this airline if you value your rights and your money.

I had a frustrating experience with AJet. Although they did notify me in advance about the flight change, the way it was handled caused serious inconvenience. The alternative options were not suitable, and it disrupted my travel plans completely.
I was also promised a $32 refund, but there is no clear communication or transparency about when this will actually be processed. This lack of follow-up creates unnecessary stress for customers.
The main issue is reliability. Even if notifications are sent, frequent changes and cancellations show poor operational planning. Passengers should be able to trust that their flights will go as scheduled, or at least be offered proper solutions when they are not.
Customer service is also very limited and difficult to deal with, especially when urgent support is needed.
Overall, while the prices may seem attractive, the experience does not justify the risk. I would be cautious before booking with AJet again.

If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would give that. There was a flight delay of over 3 hours, which was fully due to Ajet's operational fault, as acknowledged in their correspondence with me; however, they refuse to compensate for it. They are so ignorant to think that the UK is still in the EU and therefore UK departures don't qualify for compensation? I escalated the issue with the CAA, which agreed with my argument based on the evidence I provided, but Ajet is simply not responding to their requests. I don't understand how they can act as if they are above the law and stay in business. Total scam. Their licence should be revoked.
