I purchased several contracts the majority of the time increasing my xrp contribution. On October 9th 2025 a 1300 contract expired total value 1500 and I attempted to withdraw 1400 as xrp had decreased in price I thought it was an opportunity to Gain and then reinvest with Aixa. The withdraw was rejected and CS said I had an abnormal deposit of 2000 which gave me a balance of 3543 and I was instructed to deposit $2,000 so I could make a withdrawal. I think these people will pull the rug on all the investors soon and hide like the thieves that they are.. REPLY to Aixa...They put a system 2000 deposit on my account they call it an Abnormal deposit..lol they initiated it so as to Deny my withdrawal.. also notice that they don't dispute my review of their rip-off company.. they caused real harm as I was going to purchase xrp and we know what happened to the price.. of course they told me if I deposit $2,000 they will let me withdraw 1543 LOL the balance that they stole from me.. I'm on social media and I have receipts for everything I have said here

I’m registered at aixaminer.com. Account balance $68639, I’ve only withdrawn $7900 but can’t no longer make withdrawals. How would you know I’m not registered if I haven’t given you my account information? I have all the conversations from customer service as well telling me if I did what they asked I could immediately make withdrawals.
Got scammed a lot of money after hidden messages in some contract claiming I had to purchase multiple contracts. Still not sure why you would ever be able to purchase only one contract if 2 need to be purchased and with no warning until a month later when I tried to make a withdrawal but couldn’t. When I reached out to “customer service” they told me that in order to make withdrawals I had to fulfill the now expired contract. I did exactly as they asked and I asked several times that if I purchased the contracts they told me to, would I be able to withdraw what was in my account and they said yes. Then after doing exactly what they asked with the last amount of money I count put in, which I explicitly stated several times, they said the expired contract was still not fulfilled and that I needed to pay 2 more times in order to unlock the withdrawals. Just threw away years of savings and then more to try and unlock it!
Here’s the Ai review
“Recent, positive reviews of the AIXA Miner cloud mining platform are widely published on cryptocurrency news sites and online journals. However, these are accompanied by red flags common to crypto scams, including a lack of independent verification, potential astroturfing, and warnings from independent reviewers.
Potential red flags and concerns
Widespread, uncritical praise: Nearly all recent search results point to articles on crypto-related news sites like CoinCentral and Digital Journal. These articles, often published within the same time frame in August and September 2025, contain overwhelmingly positive reviews of AIXA Miner, calling it the "most profitable choice" or "best" in the market.
Identical marketing points: The articles echo the same specific marketing claims, including a "$20 signup bonus," "daily payouts," "AI-powered optimization," and a "risk-free trial". The content seems formulaic, suggesting a coordinated marketing campaign rather than genuine, independent reviews.
Unrealistic profit claims: The platform's promotional materials display exceptionally high, fixed returns, such as a contract that promises a $259,500 profit on a $300,000 investment in 25 days. Legitimate cloud mining profits are never guaranteed and fluctuate with market volatility, mining difficulty, and operational costs.
Lack of verifiable evidence: A legitimate cloud mining operation would display photos of its hardware or mining farms, verifiable ownership, and independent audits. The promotional material for AIXA Miner contains none of this, only repeating marketing phrases.
"Cloud mining is almost always a scam": A Medium article from July 2025 explicitly warns against AIXA Miner after an AI-driven analysis flagged it as a "Manual for Quick Scams". The author chose to invest their money elsewhere, advising that "cloud mining platforms of the generic type" are scams. Other reports from Reddit are cited as generally warning users against such platforms.
Reported positive features
Transparent contracts: Multiple articles claim AIXA Miner has "transparent" fees and daily payouts, but the lack of independent user verification of these payouts raises doubts.
AI-powered optimization: Promotional materials boast that AIXA Miner uses AI to optimize mining and boost profits. However, the actual effectiveness and existence of this AI are unverified.
Eco-friendly marketing: Some reviews praise the company for its supposed use of "clean-energy" like solar and wind power, but there is no independent evidence to back this up.
Mobile apps and accessibility: Articles mention that the company released an app for iOS and Android, focusing on mobile accessibility.
Conclusion
The numerous positive reviews of AIXA Miner should be treated with extreme skepticism due to the prevalence of identical promotional content across multiple sources, a phenomenon known as astroturfing. The claims of guaranteed, high returns are highly unrealistic for legitimate cloud mining. The absence of independently verifiable information about the company's operations, combined with explicit warnings from independent reviewers, strongly suggests that AIXA Miner may not be a legitimate cloud mining operation. Investors should exercise significant caution and conduct thorough independent research before committing any funds.”

Disappointing Experience and Concerns About Transparency
I was attracted to this platform with promises of earning through mining and investments, but my experience has been disappointing. Withdrawals are often restricted, and support responses are unhelpful or evasive.
I'm concerned that the platform manipulates users by creating a false sense of security. They push serial contracts as new opportunities, which can lock in funds or increase commitments without clear terms. Many users, including myself, may overlook these details and only realize later.
It feels like they are misleading customers, blocking withdrawals, and encouraging ongoing investments without transparency. This lack of clarity makes it hard to trust their operations.
Be cautious before investing. Do thorough research and prioritize your financial safety, as platforms like this can lead to significant losses.

This is a scam, don‘t invest your hard earned money into it.
They fool you into believing it is legit as they allow you to withdraw money at the beginning (I was able to withdraw ~3500€ overall), leading you to investing more and more money until they decide to pull the plug on you:
As you try to withdraw, they just leave the transaction hanging in the air, until you contact support. They will tell you that you have breached an earlier contract, which they will have removed by then, so you can’t check the terms, and prompt you to fulfill the missing contract by investing more cash.
Don’t fall for this, if it is too good to be true, well, it is.
This is a professional scam and there is no way to get your money back, I lost $52k
Stay away from it

It is a shame that beautiful state of Colorado allows this kind of outfit scam people out of money. They will block your withdrawals based on some provision that will mysteriously appear later and that you never seen or read and will ask you for more money. They need to be shut down under CCPA because of deceptive or misleading practices. Reportfraud.ftc.gov. Also, FBI. fbi.gov. If you are a victim of this scam, please report.

I was personally scammed. Everything seems fine in the beginning — you see your "balance" grow, you're even contacted by so-called "account managers" who sound convincing. But the moment you try to withdraw your money, things fall apart. They ask for more payments, come up with fake fees, or just stop responding altogether.
They also have fake articles circulating online and fake reviews here on Trustpilot to make the site seem legitimate.
Please don’t fall for it. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is not.
Avoid Aixaminer at all costs.

After a month of purchasing and renewing contracts, my withdrawl was denied. They say that a contract I purchased required the consecutive purchase of three of those contracts. That was not and never was part of the contract. They required me to send in the amount for the two contracts I didn't purchase. It is a complete scam.

As previews revise got removed as misspelled name of AIXAMINER this time is correct is not a trustworthy company. Their platform makes promises of easy returns, but once you invest, you quickly discover hidden requirements, fake contracts VIP purchases and constant pressure to deposit more money before you can withdraw anything. Withdrawals are blocked, and customer service only gives scripted responses without resolving issues.
This is a classic scam setup designed to trap investors and take as much money as possible. Don’t fall for it — avoid AIXAMINER at all costs.LOST $87.000

Lol. I have an account with Aixa. Was able to withdraw $500. The address they supply is an empty building. You can Google it and call the leasing agent who has never talked to Aixa. Their business registration only applies to money orders etc. There is no phone number.

Impressed with axiaminer for sure !! I chose them because they are based in Colorado. I
was hesitant at first since I’m new to crypto and mining. I started buying small contracts and now worked my way up to mid range 13000.00 dollar contracts. The profits are deposited daily to your account and have had no issues with drawing profits or depositing crypto. Just remember the first withdrawal needs to be verified and takes an hour or so before funds are released to your wallet. It was a learning curve since l was new to crypto but figured it out! I would definitely recommend them!

I'm waiting for the result of the new withdrawal request
Upate 26/07/2025
The transfer was rejected!
Asked for a new withdrawal
25/07/2025
I started mining with their offer then deposited 100$ and mined with it, when I withdrew the total amount of 132$ they marked the transfer as pending and nothing else happened, on the website they say they make the transfer in 5 minutes, a day has passed and nothing, I tried to contact by email and they don't answer
