If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This company has been the worst experience I have ever had. You simply could not make a worse choice. The quality of the materials is extremely poor, and the workmanship is careless and unprofessional.
It appears that some of the workers do not have the proper qualifications or certifications for the work they perform. Everything seems to be done as cheaply as possible, with the sole focus on maximizing profit rather than delivering quality results.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of willingness to take responsibility or fix the damage and problems they have caused. Customer concerns are ignored, and there is no genuine effort to resolve issues.
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
