Ordered for stocking stuffers and didn’t get everything I paid for. Company will not respond at all to emails. I wish I done more research and seen all these negative reviews. Stay far away from this company!!

NEVER RECEIVED an order confirmation via email. Have emailed and messaged several times, asking for status and have not heard back at all.

I've ordered this as a Christmas gift its just arrived today and it's come with two CDs which is what I ordered but they both are the wrong CDs and they are the exact same

The turntable is great but sadly the aurfreshners have zero scent.

I did message about the problem but hod no response.

Do not buy from this company they don’t send what you ordered and then customer service claims you misunderstood the Instagram Black Friday deal..total scam.

Absolute scam

Its a scam. You wont receive full order. I received 1 of 3 turntables ordered and will be claiming back via bank. The product is also poor quality and from china. Order 8355

There was an item missing from my order and after having to contact them twice....they never replaced it.

Only sent one turntable when I ordered two

One of the cd designs is just a plain black disk. No actual image.

Customer services is a joke, first they acknowledge that a turntable is missing says it’s in the post. Then they when chased said “it will be posted in the next 12 hours”. Now they are saying I only ordered one! Still waiting for a response from my latest email to them, as my receipt clearly shows two being ordered! Been chasing them for nearly two months now!

Will be going through the bank for a refund soon. Don’t waste your time!

Missing a turntable. I ordered two sets of "1 turntable. 2 CDs". I received "1 turntable. 4 CD". They're cute. Took about 12 days to receive my order. Costumer service is unreachable! Hoping they'll ship the 2nd turntable or reimburse me for the cost.

They sent me the two turn tables but they sent me 10 of the same CDs. I contacted them and they did get back to me but they don't have a record of the order and they never sent me an email, just a text message. I am going to have to do a charge back on my credit card because they can't keep their orders straight, though they had no problem billing me for the order.

Terrible customer service, no response to multiple emails. general shipping estimate was 7-10 day. Paid for priority shipping and express post and it has been over two weeks. Not sure what I paid for but they haven’t even been responding to my emails.

Genius idea. So quirky I love it so much.

Still have not received despite promises to the contrary, just raised a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Stay away!

Do not buy these!! I ordered these and didn’t receive them asked for a refund over an month later!! After I asked the order suddenly got cancelled and they will not give me one. Absolute scam!!
