They finally agrees to refund back in April... have email confirmation they would, have all the emails.....it will take so much time to go through cc. If you say you're going to do something, do it!

I paid to return my airstyle tool back in February and I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY REFUND. All I get is email after email with one bogus excuse after another.

After back and forth for months, I was told I would finally get a refund mid April; as the product didn't work from day one. They sent me a refund notification, and I'm still waiting for the refund (July). It seems they never had any intention on refunding me. Vicky seemed helpful, then ghosted me. I was hopeful....now I have to waste time contacting my cc company with all out correspondence. They reply on here saying call the 1800 number, but nothing comes of it....
Do not buy anything from this company. The pictures they have in the website, are not accurate, and make the product look better than it is.
This is a scam. The product is horrible and they say they refunded money to my credit card and they have not. It’s been over a month and I have sent a dozen emails.

They finally agreed to refund me April 19th.....still waiting, and again ghosted when emailed.....
I was told that more information was needed for my review, otherwise it could be taken down 🙄.....
I'm not sure what else is needed, I feel like it's pretty straightforward.....
-I ordered the product I saw online
-What I got was not what was advertised
-Cheap craftsmanship, meaning scratches, plastics bent, poking out
-Product doesn't work
-Emailed within a couple days, offered to keep and give me 50% off...Nope!
-Asked for pictures/videos-Sent!
-Told me I have to pay for shipping..Product is defective, not as advertised.....Nope
-Bounce back my emails, after I reply to their emails....
-Emailed them over 15 times
-I am communicating with my creditcard company now
These are the facts, and feel it's pretty straightforward
Solution-Return product, get return label, full refund.
Should also be compensated for this whole mess of a situation

I ordered, and received it. I opened it up, and didn't even try it because the craftsmanship was so poor. I immediately contacted them, and they tried to get me to keep it, and would give me 50% back
I emailed back saying I didn't even try it, and I didn't want it because of the quality, and the fact that it would not last long term. They then asked me to send a video. Ok, so I sent them pictures of the poor quality, and multiple videos. When I actually tried it to take videos the product didn't actually work!!!!!! It's been weeks, and they have ghosted me. I have contacted them within their return requirements. The product is cheap plastic.
The pictures, and videos they show, I feel is the Dyson Air Wrap. The product I ordered was grey and pink, and what I got was all black plastic garbage. I received the Dyson flat iron as a gift, and everything about it is far superior to this BS. If anything I'm prepared to collaborate for a class action lawsuit, because this is a scam 100%!!!!!
Looks and feels cheap and does not heat up. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay return shipping because I did not try if for the full 30 days. Do not why that matters. I missed the 30 day mark which I guess is the point so they do not have to give my money back.
I was skeptical, but the site looked legit and claimed full refunds if unsatisfied. The product looked like a kids toy - cheap plastic, just really bad quality. So I requested a refund. It took weeks to get a return address, I had to pay for shipping to send it back, and 2 months later I still haven't gotten my refund. They finally emailed back and said "we do not have access to a gateway we can use to refund your card. Can we send the money back directly to your bank account?", then asked for all my account info. Um..no. If you're going to say you offer a "a 100% money back guarantee", have a process in place to follow through with that.
I received this cheaply made product on February 23rd. I was excited to try it but it burned up on my first attempt. I emailed the company immediately (same day) but never once received a response. Yes, I also checked my spam.
The email I used is the same email the company uses in all the responses I've seen on this page. Apparently they respond to the reviews but they don't respond to actual requests.
I just sent another email (forwarding my previous email) but I don't have high hopes of receiving a response based on all the other reviews I just read. I was even more disappointed to find out I could have purchased this same product from Walmart for $50.00. Shame on me for not researching it before I spent $150.95 on this product that belongs in the trash.

Just like everyone else here I purchased the product. Did not find it worth even 25 dollars and decided to return it. Was told I could receive half the cost in a refund and keep the product. I said no I wanted a full refund and they gave me an address to return the product. I sent them the shipping information, confirmation number, confirmation email and everything they requested. They still tried to tell me they didn't see it was delivered. After the run around they then proceed to say my refund was processed a month ago. Weird because my bank statements say otherwise. Contacted my bank and sent them proof there was no refund. No they are claiming they will find a refund document from their finance team. Stay the hell away from this company. Oh and every time they comment saying to contact their customer service department, it's all BS. No one will answer and help.

Just an update to my previous Airstyle review from April 15 AFTER calling customer service as they told me. Rep said there’s no possible way to refund my shipping even though their site deceptively boasts FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS on their site. (Yes a class action would be great here). Also they told me my refund for my original purchase was issued April 12. It’s May 1 and I still have no refund. Called AmericanExpress and no surprise, they have NO refund pending at all. Soooo no closer to my refund than I was in FEBRUARY when I started this process. Completely ridiculous! So I hope they hear me…Hey Airstyle, still waiting for this scam and nightmare to be over!!
UPDATE to my UPDATE: Called back today May 2. They said they don’t know why my refund didn’t process and they’ll “have to see how to proceed” and will get back to me. Ya ok., I’m sure they’ll get right back to me. How about ACTUALLY issuing the refund I asked for in Feb? And for all my troubles and headaches, throw in the $30 I also paid for the shipping back. I beg them to give me my refund so I can stop having to write these updates warning people to STAY AWAY from this company.

Purchased this product in February. It took me a few weeks to try it - I don't normally do much with my hair so was waiting for an occasion. It took a few times to figure out how to get it to work, but I finally did. And honestly, I thought it worked pretty well. Given the price point compared to Dyson or Shark, I was happy with it. Unfortunately, around the 4th time using the product, the power suddenly reduced drastically and I couldn't get more than a few single hairs to wrap around the curler. Then it started smoking - literally! I turned it off and unplugged it. After reaching to customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do. There is language on their website that says "PARTS WARRANTY Our products are designed and built to last a lifetime. If there's a problem, we'll make it right." Clearly the thing catching on fire should be covered under this statement. It's not a satisfaction issue, it's a "this thing almost caught on fire and is defective" issue. Don't waste you money on a clearly shoddy product and company that does not keep its promise to its customers.

I purchased one in February and accidentally clicked on an offer to buy a second at a discounted price. Tried to contact them about my mistake but couldn’t get ahold of them so I got my credit card to reverse that charge. To bad I didn’t do it with the original charge.
Product did not live up to my expectations so I sent it back. It cost me $37 to send it. I have sent several emails some go through and some of them came back. They received my package back in February and here it is almost May and no refund.
I came on this website hoping for some help. My next recourse is to report this company to Arizona’s attorney general and then Floridas.

The product does NOT work at all, it's cheaply made and their customer service is awful to deal with. They do not refund you and just make you waste your time asking for multiple videos demonstrating that the product doesn't work and never reply back after. Do not waste your money or time.

I canceled my transaction in February and never got my refund. Airstyle responded to emails but they kept saying they refunded my credit card…. which never happened!!! This is a scam!! They will not send you a product or return your money.

5/9/23 - As if this date I still have not received my refund of $126 and change! I am done! Better Business Bureau and fraud charges with my bank!
Jay with customer service, who was kind enough to look into it, said it shows a refund was given to me. But it has not shown up in my bank account. Time to take the next step.
This Airstyle company is a total scam!!

As of yesterday, I finally got someone to help me!
They are supposed to issue me a full refund in 5-7 days. Once that is received I will edit this review.
I still would not recommend this company. The item I actually received was damaged and definitely nothing like what was advertised. Very cheap quality. Bad experience that is taking 5 months to try and get resolved is not good business practice.

This company is a SCAM!
Product I received was cheaply made and not as pictured the advertisement. Could get a better product from Walmart, at a cheaper price.
Returned product back on February 25, 2023 and have not received a refund, nor are they answering their phones and email comes back as undeliverable.
Credit card company notified and fraud file submitted.
Also contacting BBB. Please do the same if this has happened to you.

In my opinion, this company, and their product, is a sham and likely a scam. It was ordered by my husband for my birthday in February, but not received until many weeks later after many emails and calls to the company. When it finally showed up, it turned out to be a terrible product, with almost zero air power and thereby unable to hold onto the hair on the cylinder.
I immediately contacted the company and spoke with a rep (who works out of their home 🙄) This nice young lady told me how to return the product which I did, and sent them a photo of the USPS tracking number. I HAVE NOT received a credit to our credit card! I am notifying American Express today to dispute the charges, and since their address is in Miami FL, this week I will take a drive to that listed warehouse site. They should not do this to people who purchase in good faith and high expectations.
VERY UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Bunch of cowboys! Returned product back in February and still don’t have my refund. I have now lodged a dispute of transaction with my credit card which I’m hoping will result in me getting my refund. Airstyle have responded to emails, but just keep saying they refunded my credit card….,,,if so, where’s my blooming money. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are as I said at the beginning……a bunch of cowboys!!!

Never received product, emails bounced back. I ordered this and paid on 2/9. I received an order acknowledgment which said I would get an email when it shipped. I never received that email. I tried emailing, and it came back as undeliverable. On 3/7 I disputed the charge with my Discover Card. They ruled in my favor after an investigation. There is no place on the website to track an order. I would not recommend ordering from them. Thank goodness for credit card disputing!
