My son purchased refurbished airpods and they were not a quality product; there were charging issues. When I inquired about a return, they would need to be shipped to China for well over $40 (airpods were $99). As I emailed back and forth, I got the feeling I was dealing with a company that might not return my money because they were finding things to argue with me about and directions for return were either unclear or wrong information was given to me (example: a company phone number was needed and the one given to me was wrong). Beware of the quality of this product. In my experience, return may be possible....but difficult.

Airsounder is nothing less than a scam. Shipping says 5-10 days on an order confirmation. I’ve been waiting 30 days and they refuse to refund. The tracking information has not been updated in 15 days. The USPS number provided is not even valid. The customer service is poor. They refuse a refund until the shipped item is returned as their policy, however how can a person return something that never shipped?
Spend your money locally. This company is Fake!

I got my order, I think the product is good, but I take about 12days to get my order! they use USPS tracking number, it is too slow. I asked the shop manager what he said due to Black Friday, So it is very slow...

Airsounder.com Is a fraudulent website. They have multiple websites all just fake info and redone with a new name but the same scam. They give fake UPS tracking numbers to defraud buyers out of their money or they sent fake Chinese copies of Airpods if they even do ship anything. They’ve stolen money from thousands of people and keep making more of these fraudulent websites once one gets shut down or people catch on.
