I have had very positive experiences with this company and generally things work out right and I get a better price. However, they out source to other companies and this means that the price can change, or the order can change as they are only a broker doing deals. This time I was charged £15 extra by the sky bridge cars for upgrading the car from an estate to a bigger car which could carry 3 people, medium sized bags and 3 carry on bags small. Should be straight forward for an estate paid extra for the upgrade. Forced to pay again by sky bridge motors as they said an estate car wasn't big enough. Guess what the driver who was charging more turned up in a prius 7 seater so got everything in but definitely not what I expected as an upgrade. I think if it is a simple trip with a couple of people and a couple of bags this company is great otherwise best to source directly. Still worth using highly recommended as a solo traveller.

I would give zero stars if possible . Avoid this taxi broker . I had Booked an 8 seater to take my family from Poole to London Gatwick . What turned up was a vehicle that could only carry a few of us . Their customer support is zero and they just blame another company for sending the wrong taxi . Avoid !!! I had to book a 2nd taxi and not to mention the stress to hopefully make it to the airport on time as had to find another taxi . No help offered at all .

Never use this company booked a few days in advance all seemed fine then a few hours before pick up they said the price had gone up so I had to pay more which I did. Then just before boarding they decided to cancel the whole transfer leaving 5 adults and 3 children on a flight not knowing what we are going to do at 2 o clock in the morning without a transfer. AVOID AT ALL COST

Our driver booked was very good and promptly picked up nd dropped off.

Driver details changed 10 minutes before they were supposed to show up (at 4am in the morning, so wasn't ideal for us travelling with a 5-year old child). When we called the new driver, he said he was "replacing the wheel" and would be there "in 5 minutes". We left 35 minutes late. The driver promised that it was "a small airport" (in London!) and that we "shouldn't worry about the security queue", without ever asking if maybe we needed some extra time to go through everything. But that wasn't the worst part. He broke every speeding rule out there, in a car that clearly passed the MOT on some unknown condition (THAT amount of clanking sound really made us seriously nervous at 70mph - I promise you you've only seen this in movies!) Anyway, I thanked every deity there was when we finally got to the airport, and will absolutely never use their service again. Looked like a nice high-ranked company online, but really that depends on the local sub-contractors they hire to actually drive you around. We got a seriously bad deal.

Avoid Avoid Avoid... Shocking Non service, I booked a return transfer from France, unfortunately or Eurostar time got cancelled, I rang the company 3 days prior to update them on the new pick up time, the following day I received confirmation with the new pick up time..
After I arrived in France ... No Taxi, No1 seems to inform the driver of the new time, when the driver and I made contact via WhatsApp he said call the company he's not coming, tried to call the company with the WhatsApp number given, I get a message saying 'No Calls" then I what's app saying the driver is not here, then to get blocked on WhatsApp by the company and driver, Absolutely outrageous, left stranded having to find alternative arrangements to get to our accommodation, then they email 3 days later, telling me I didn't cancel so I need to be charged !!? What for ???
Then they make an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my card, for a service they didn't provide, now have to call the bank to get my money back..
AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered a vehicle for 6 passengers. I chose an 8-seater instead of a 6 or 7-seater for extra space. I received an 8-seater (including the driver) where three passengers face three others (backward-facing), which was extremely uncomfortable for us. I would not have booked it knowing this in advance.
The driver, however, was professional, drove very fast, and we arrived at our destination ahead of schedule.Another issue: it was very difficult and complicated to reach the service provider's details. The contact info in the email (phone, email, etc.) did not belong to the provider, and it took me almost an hour of messaging just to get the provider's phone number (for a change I wanted to make).

The taxi was simple to book online ( I am a total novice ) they kept in touch via email and gave emergency numbers. The driver was on time and very polite. A safe 45min journey to the airport. Will definitely use this company again.

DONT USE Got to French airport writing pick up as requested nobody was there tried calling the emergency numbers given nobody answered tried messaging on WhatsApp. Nobody answered phone transfer to try and get some help. They said just find your own way basically tough even though . Even though I had already paid

Taxi company showed up to the airport 2 and half hours after we landed was ridiculous. Nobody answering phones get blanked with advise to stay away from this company.

Very easy service to use the only thing that I would say is if you want to make an alteration when you are away it is very difficult and no one actually got back to me. It’s not very clear how to do it. I even went to the airport to speak to the company and they said as I didn’t book it through them and I booked it through a third-party they couldn’t make any alterations. I did contact the third-party themselves but they failed to get back to me, it was okay in the end and it was my fault for not booking the transfer earlier but communication wasn’t the greatest, apart from that the transfers themselves were great. They turned up on time. It was easy and simple the drivers were polite helpful and we would definitely use again.

I booked a special celebratory break to Barcelona for the wife and I. I thought it would be nice touch to pay extra and book an upgrade to a 'Mercedes S Class or similar'.

On the way out they sent a 12 seater minibus with no Air-conditioning. I reported this immediately and did get an acknowledgement that it was being looked into. I had high hopes they would come through on the return journey.

However, on the way back 4 days later they sent an old Skoda with two lots of external accident damage, a dash board that look like someone's head had gone through it and an engine warning light!!

I reported that as well but 2 weeks later nothing.

The moral of the story is I should have looked at the recent reviews before booking and used a local taxi firm or public transport.

Booking the taxis on line was very easy and happy with the email updates as well as texts the day before.
However I did get asked to pay for the 2 car seats for kids which is fine but only one was provided on way back, not on way out.
Also when I booked online I booked a big coach, as there was 16 of us with 3/4 cases each and 2 strollers. The coach fitted 20 so this would give us extra space. This was not available so they provided us 2 buses 8 seaters each. Still hard for the cases etc to fit, more so on way back, not sure why! Thank god we had another party with us to take an extra case. Overall good service just if we asked for big coach and booked then really should be provided for big party’s or take of the website if can’t for certain areas etc.
