Scam company that debit your card with £79 a few days after taking payment for your fast track.
They took my money for 3 x fast track at BFS airport. This was £15 - I needed the tickets for it there and then - it took over 45 min to get them so I couldn't use them. I asked for refund they told me they already sent the money to the Airport and cannot refund me. Then few days later charged my card further £79. When I complained they told me that it is a 3 months subscription to their "service" that I can cancel but I cannot get the £79 refunded because " However since you cancelled the subscription outside the free trial period, please note that no refunds of previous charges will be made. "
I have asked my credit card to dispute the transaction and reported them to the Police.

This is scam. You are paying for one small transaction, and they are subscribing you to expensive "service"
This company also operates thereverselookup.com which also scams people out of their money with exactly the same process. Sign up for a one off transaction, then find yourself on an expensive subscription you didn't ask for. Why are these people allowed to operate?
Avoid at all costs. If you scroll down before booking, you will see that you are charged €79 to subscribe after a 3 day free trial.
I only booked the €1 fast-track like the rest of the people who left reviews here, but they will not refund me the subscription fee which is buried in the Terms and Conditions. I argued and got a percentage refunded.
ABSOLUTE Fraud. Same as other comments. I only booked a one time service in Amsterdam airport and then €79 was charged to my credit card for 3 months services I never signed up for. European law on customer contracts says you have legally 14 days to cancel , however this company claims 3 days is the limit and charges you on day 4 so you cannot claim a refund. FRAUD!
This is a scam absoluty scam
You think you are purchasing a single ticket for one time only, but they enroll you automatically in a subscription for 3 months and charge you straight away 75 euros or more.
Then only after passing the time you can't complain, 4 days, they send you an email explaining about the subscription.
Report them to the authority.
Total scam, how can they still be operating? Exactly the same experience as below reviews. Tricked into being enrolled into a false “subscription”. I bought a 1 off fast track for £6 & instead of receiving the voucher for this I received an email asking to login. Once you login you become tricked into this non existent subscription & they steal €79 from your account. I did not authorise that payment, total fraud. Zero stars if possible.
Like the other posters here. Was charged for 3 months despite their service never actually working for me when I tried to use it once. Scam.
I have had the exact same experience as the latest review so have copied and pasted it as it’s the exact same. I did not subscribe to anything and have been charged for 3 months. Who takes their family to the airport for 3 months in a row and uses skip the line. It’s ridiculous and a lie. I paid for one day and even that didn’t work as I got no confirmation code to use.

I booked fast track only for use on one occasion, however was opted in to pay for their full service (79Eur for 3 months) without wanting this. No contact from them, until they told me I had been charged on day 4. That day I asked to cancel and they would not refund me anything. In the end I went to my bank and reported fraud and got my money back.

A service that charges you €79 every 3 months and you still have to pay €10 per fast track request is just dumb and nigh on extortionate. And if you say that your service offers other things for free... then call your service something else besides "Airport Fast Track". They don't offer refunds if you ask to cancel on the day, even if you haven't used the service within the 3 month period. Classic predatory "service" charge. Couldn't recommend this service less.
If you want fast tracks for Brussels airport or Lisbon airport buy it from the airport's website. FAR FAR cheaper and no extra costs. I was in a rush and forgot to do that from Brussels... big regret.
Also terrible customer service, they just repeat the company spiel and don't actually do anything for the customer.
I don’t like booking process as it doesn’t have safe guard to prevent a mistake while adding email. I made a mistake with one letter and I have never received my voucher and they also didn’t wanted refund my money . I recommend to book fast track directly via airports websites were it’s cheaper and there is a better verification system so you will not make a mistake while booking.
