Have just been scamed

Have just been scamed: the price was increased when I filled in the credit card info by 10%, so they have charged me more. Then I have never recived flight tickets with info: your order is being processed. With the same message i can not cancel. No support, only AI responses, no email to write my request, no phone number to call to.

Baddd service

I had a terrible experience with Airpaz. I had to book twice because their system kept failing.
The first booking was suddenly refunded with the reason “unsuccessful booking”.
When I booked the second time, they told me the flight was suddenly full, even though the system showed seats available.

Because the system doesn’t allow group booking in one transaction, I had to make two separate bookings for my whole family. Now Airpaz is forcing us to take different flights, while my other family members are still confirmed on the original flight.

Their response was extremely late, and none of my calls to customer service were answered. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and so much trouble. Totally unacceptable.

Very bad service.

…Worried for nothing

Googled Air Do and didn’t realize I was on Air Paz website until after I booked and paid for flight. Read reviews and was anxious but everything turned out ok. Received both return tickets without any problems and also got help checking in online.

Even a star is to much

Even a star is to much! I booked a flight and their application selected another email (incorrect). I didnt receive my ticket and I cant purchase my check-in. I've tried several times to contact them in order to change de email with the correct one, but the chat robot is programmed to give very low answers, without a solution.

Airpaz cancelled my flight and had no alternatives I could use so I applied immediately for a refund but received an email thenext day stating that the application was made too late. What ascam. Their website is all no reply emails and they make it impossible to contact any one.

There’s a reason they have so many 1-star reviews.

I booked a flight through Airpaz, paid, and received a confirmation saying the booking had gone through. Then, about 30 minutes later, I got an email saying there was a card-verification issue and that my order had been cancelled.

When I contacted them on live chat, they claimed there had been a “change” with my flight so it was no longer available, and that they would issue me a voucher. This wasn’t true. When I asked when the voucher would be sent, they just said “soon.” Why are the email and live chat telling me completely different things?

The next day, their AI chatbot told me the voucher had already been sent (it hadn’t, I checked my inbox and spam). It then tried to connect me to a live agent, but after waiting over an hour, no one replied. I even tried calling them twice and still got no response.

A genuinely awful experience.

100% scam

100% scam. DO NOT USE THEM. We got an unauthorized charge from someone who used the information to buy a ticket through them. They never had the three-digit code but took the card info anyway. Be aware of scumbags like this and do not give them your money.

Airpaz is a total scammer.

I booked a one-way ticket from SG to Yangon for my Domestic helper with Airpaz for airline MAI. Right after that, I suddenly received an email from the MAI directly that my reservation is cancelled. I thought how come my flight is cancelled so I made a new booking again with Air Asia, thinking since the schedule with MAI is not able to compromise the flight schedule which I want.
I submitted the refund through Airpaz and its rejected because the reason given was, flight is scheduled operating and I was in total shock. I explained the whole situation to Air paz and even to MAI why was such email sent if flight is not cancelled. Reply given was I did not complete the payment on time so the email was sent to me, saying reservation cancelled. It's a total misleading email and caused so much misunderstanding in the end. Despite explaining to them about this matter, they still refuse to refund me. Why can't just make an exceptional and just refund me. It's so frustrating.

Data theft

I realised it was a scam before paying, but I had already given them my passport details. I am now contacting them to delete my account and all data they hold of me, but their chat bot is made in a way that you can never confirm you want the deletion of your account and data. No representatives on the other end to chat to in person either.

They used a tactic called bait and…

They used a tactic called bait and switch! Booked a ticket from jogakarta to bali! Cost about 1.115,000 RP's once they got my credit card information they raised the price about $22 U.S.! I complainted to them and they said the I booked with was no longer available etc....! A long AI answer! Clearly avoid them!

Airpaz is AIR SCUZZ ! A week before our flight my partners…

A week before our flight my partners father died. The booked flight tickets had to be canceled. I had booked 5 tickets.
I went straight online and the chat person said they could refund it (didn’t say what amount) if we could obtain the death certificate. We were able to do that the same afternoon. Then they said we require birth certificates of all parties. Everyone had one except for myself as im from overseas travelling and my ID was passport and license. They let that slide.
I had paid for insurance to protect our booking. However, it was only for baggage they said - if you read the fine print. Even though at the time it came straight after the tix purchase and said to protect the booking. As we still wanted to make the trip I tried to get them to make the booking for a later month. Everything was blocked. They had no intention of honouring terms of the ticket and allowing us any terms or room for compensation.
They just stole $880 AUD.
This is not then a safe or reputable airline. I am glad in a way not to fly as im sure it’s very unsafe and totally unreliable.
Airpaz are THIEVES! Don’t fly with them. They should lose their licence.
I work in the airline industry and will follow this up with some corporate influencers. Their lack of regard for people’s circumstances is cruel and very greedy.

Almost 10% fee for paying with credit card…

Almost 10% fee for paying with credit card. That's insane. Like 1-3% I get. But this is absurd.

UPDATE: They write this comment so it looks like they want to make things right. They don't. The email linked to this TrustPilot account is the same that I used for my order. So what they clame is false. I can't respond to their review since they didn't ask for more information. And on their site, they only use an AI chatbot. There is no real person available. So while it sounds like they want to help, they do 0 in reality. Please read all the reviews here before you decide to use this service.

WARNING: They don't tell you about the 10% credit card fee till the last moment. They first want you to be invested. Pick your flights and plan. And at the last moment, they add a 10% fee on top (they don't mention this anywhere in the beginning).

This is not an agency, they are scammers

I wish I have read the reviews prior to booking through Airpaz. They cancelled BOTH booked flights, did not offer anything at least reasonable instead, totally disrupting our travel plans and, when I asked for refund, they issued their useless voucher (which expires 20 October 2026 08:00 (GMT+8)!!!) - as if I ever will book with them after this experience. Reading the reviews, I did not even try to reach any customer service - I have reached them once, when they canceled our first flight and did not issue new tickets until I called. Never ever use Airpaz.

Deceptive and misleading pricing practices

AVOID! Deceptive and misleading pricing practices that are illegal. How is it possible to have a 200% tax and also a $100+ processing fee? This is not disclosed. Also, their "refund" process does not work. They will just keep sending you down this broken path and not refund your money. This is a scam, buyer beware, it is shocking this company is still allowed to operate.

Do not book!!!

Please refrain from any interactions with this company, it’s a legit scam! I’ve booked a refundable flight through Airpaz, cancelled the same day I’ve purchased, and didn’t get any refund! 100% scam! All customers should go class action lawsuit and I’m sure were would bring this scammer down!
