Airpaz is a non-compliance company because they work around laws and legalities via foreign policies, im sure. If they were stationed somewhere customers would be able to call, speak to so... See more

Just a follow-up on a 2nd flight: Wings Air provided a letter stating I should get a full refund for a flight they cancelled. When submitted to Airpaz, they would ONLY refund with a voucher good for 1 year. No cash back. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My flight was delayed. When I requested a change, Batik Air (the airline) confirmed they HAD already notified Airpaz and granted them full authority to process my request.
Despite the evidence, Airpaz sent a final email claiming "We received no notification from the airline" and stated they have "no further liability."
They even told me to seek help from a "third party" if unsatisfied.
This seems to be their standard operating procedure: copy-paste the same excuses, and simply close the chat window. They take your money but refuse to provide the service they are responsible for.
STAY AWAY FROM AIRPAZ!

I had booked a hotel and then made a second reservation because I had decided to extend my stay. However, when I arrived at the hotel, neither reservation had ever been processed. As a result, I had to pay for the hotel again at check-in.
After several complaints to customer service and a month of waiting, Airpaz refunded both unrecognized reservations. Everything would have been fine, except that the booking made through Airpaz cost exactly one third of what I ultimately had to pay out of pocket to the hotel—at a rate I would never have agreed to had I known the actual price of the room in advance.

Do not book here.
No service what so ever. My flight was so delayed that i missed my connecting flight.
I do hope they will refund me my ticket.
Chat robot, no service what so ever
Following day:
The reply : It is not Airpaz’s Policy to refund missed flight’s, even thougt i payd for extra security.
Stay away from this Company, it is a Hustle.

Horrible company.
Airline cancelled flight and company wouldn’t refund and issue gift voucher instead, which I won’t be using the next 12 months so will go to waste.
Couldn’t contact the customer representative at all. They even direct me to Air Batik but it is Airpaz the agency that took my cash.
Airpaz code 1033817108.
Refund is given subsequent to this review.

Bad Review – Airpaz Overcharged Flight Reschedule
I am a regular customer and have been using Airpaz as my only flight ticket purchasing platform, but this experience has completely disappointed me.
I requested a simple date change for my AirAsia flight from Bali (Denpasar) to Penang, originally scheduled on 7 May 2026, 16:55 – 22:40, to 8 May 2026 at the same time.
There were no add-ons involved — no baggage, no seat selection, no extras. Just a date change.
Before proceeding, I personally checked with the AirAsia counter, and they confirmed that the flight change fee should be below MYR150 per pax for a date-only change. However, AirAsia was unable to assist with the change because the tickets were purchased through Airpaz, therefore I had no choice but to seek help from Airpaz directly.
However, Airpaz charged me a total of MYR2,116 for 4 passengers.
This amount is more expensive than buying brand-new tickets, which is completely unreasonable for a simple reschedule.
What makes the situation worse:
I asked the live agent to provide a breakdown or agent service charges
The agent failed to provide any explanation
My questions were ignored repeatedly via live chat
As a loyal customer, this lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Overcharging customers without a clear fee breakdown and then ignoring them when questioned is not how a trustworthy travel platform should operate.
This will be my last purchase on Airpaz if this issue is not resolved properly.
I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when rescheduling flights through Airpaz.
Airpaz, if you wish to contact me, please email me.

No refunds for "refundable" tickets. Bought two adult tickets which were labeled as "refundable" for a total of $821, however only received a voucher worth $56 when we initiated the refund two weeks before departure with no explanation whatsoever and only after multiple chats/emails to follow-up on the outcome. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Truly a scam. This company should be shut down!

Sneaky company which is not legit. I booked my flight directly from the airline but at payment, I was sneakily transferred to Airpaz. I was immediately charged and sent a confirmation but the airline did not see my booking.

Don’t use this company! Booked flights with the company instead of directly with the airlines. Ended up breaking my leg so had to cancel our trip. The company continued to deny a refund after submitting surgeon letters, medical letters stating I couldn’t travel, proof of my relationship to my husband of 48 years. With each denial came a new document they wanted. Anything not to issue the refund. Don’t use them.

Worst airline in the world, period. Appalling customer service, real thieves

Total scam. No customer care. No cellphone to contact with questions. I booked a flight. We cant’t check in; notification of the airline is that the booking isnt paid. DO NOT BOOK VIA AIRPAZ

Airpaz has to be the worst booking site I have ever seen. Their practices are nothing short of being criminal. Right after booking I received a mail that says the flight was overbooked and I received a voucher. I have request a full refund of the amount instead. It has been over a month and nothing was received. Their automatic reply's are shamefull and simply disgusting.
I booked with order number 1033834152 , a single flight from Medellin to Curacao that was supposed to be on January 4th of 2026.
Do not book on this site ever! Shame to the airlines who work with them.

Impossible to communicate with the Airpaz representative regarding failed tickets. No proper communication about refunds. Using the same copy and paste templates on email replies. Failed to provide proper justification for fund crediting.
It has been 7 days, has not returned my funds.

UPDATE 12 JAN 2026: Airpaz is being dishonest. They replied here claiming they sent an email, but no email has been received (checked Inbox and Spam). This is a deceptive PR tactic to make it look like they are helping.
My demand remains: A full refund to my ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT for Order 1033022992 (PNR: LNIMBA/IMIMAB). Flight OD670 was rescheduled by 24 hours. Under MACPC 2024, you cannot force vouchers. I have reported this deceptive behavior to @caamalaysia (Case: CAAM-009371-01-26). Stop lying on public forums and refund my money!
REVIEW ON 09 JAN 2026: Airpaz is currently violating Malaysian aviation laws (MACPC 2024). After my flight OD670 was rescheduled by 24 hours, Airpaz refused my legal right to a CASH REFUND and instead tried to force an E-voucher with a 24-hour expiration timer.
When I refused the voucher, they allowed my request to 'expire' and have since been deleting my public comments on Instagram to hide their non-compliance.
I have four active cases with CAAM (Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia):
CAAM-009361-01-26
CAAM-009371-01-26
CAAM-009383-01-26
Warning to all travelers: Do not book here. They ignore the law and suppress consumer voices. I demand a full cash reversal for Order 1033022992

Worst ticket-booking experience ever. Payment went through just for them to come back 2 hours later saying fares went up and now they can't honor my original price ($100 difference).

I’ve booked a flight from SYD to MEL with Virgin Australia with 1 checked baggage 1x23 kg. During check-in, it turned out that the fare only included 7kg of hand luggage. I had to pay an additional A$65 for my checked baggage. My booking no longer exists online with Airpaz, so I can't communicate with them (if you can even call it that). The good thing is, I can prove everything with screenshots. This is definitely a case of deliberate deception and therefore fraud. As soon as I get home, I'm going to find legal support. 🤷🏻♀️
The answer from Airpaz is another lie because they have my contact details and already contacted me. They probably want to make other customers believe with their response that they are easily reachable and take care of the customer problems. Unfortunately, this only worked after I left a review on Trustpilot. I sent them screenshots that clearly show that, after everything I experienced at check-in, I was deceived by Airpaz.
5. January 2026: Sorry, no Email after I’ve sent them the requested documents and no provided clarification 😠
9. January 2026: This company is getting more and more ridiculous. After sending them the requested documents five days ago, I received an email today saying they hadn't received a reply and would close the case within 72 hours if they didn't hear from me. So I've sent them the documents a second time. I'm curious to see what happens next. This has absolutely nothing to do with professionalism.
22.01.2026: This is the biggest joke ever. After Airpaz wrote to me saying they had initiated a refund, I received a voucher yeaterday 😂 As if I'd ever book with them again. And they probably even think they've resolved the issue to their customer's satisfaction. What crooks!
DO NEVER EVER book via Airpaz !!!!!!!!
