Decent service but sketchy.

Can confirm they actually gave me a valid flight ticket (I've also confirmed the PNR on the airline's website). The only downside I'm experiencing is that typically it took up to 6 hours after successful payment to receive my ticket, they also added strange emails to my flight information on the airline's websites. Honestly I was a little startled upon reading the reviews. Will give an update after completing my flight.

Update: I boarded the flight without hassle. Based on the recent reviews, I'd recommend you book flights from a trustworthy airline with low chance of flight cancellation.

Not recommended. Most of their flight are non-refundable even with RM50 processing fee. Better try Trip.com or Agoda instead

Airpaz never helped me with baggage

Airpaz never helped me with baggage. I experienced trouble reaching cebu Pacific to verify my seat. Airpaz never told me anything about reserving my seat. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend there help center service. No live agent

Terrible company

I had the worst experience with term , terrible and dishonest customer care. Rescheduled , the will delay till the day only to inform you it's not approved , the kept doing it till I had to book from another agent because if I don't travel immediately I will lose my job . I just applied for refund, though I don't if anything good can from them

I had a terrible experience booking…

I had a terrible experience booking through Airpaz. The information shown on their website was misleading — it stated that the ticket could be changed or canceled under certain conditions, but after I paid, the actual terms were completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch.
When I contacted their customer service to ask for help, the situation got even worse. The agent I spoke to was rude and impatient, and they actually hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I wasn’t shouting or being disrespectful — I simply asked for clarification, and they refused to explain or help in any meaningful way.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any business. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect. I will never book through Airpaz again and strongly advise others to avoid this platform.
I am considering reporting this to consumer protection authorities for deceptive business practices.

Jetstar is terrible company flight…

Jetstar is terrible company flight with. We were flying from Denpasar, Bali to Melbourn, Australia. We checked in on time, the boarding pass was stating that our gate is #8. NOBODY, told us about posibilty of the change of the gate. We went to restaurant and right before the boarding started we were heading to the gate. Meanwhile, at 22;50 I am receiving text from the airline that our gate changed to different gate. Needless to say, we rushed to the different gate but the boarding was already finished, We came 20 min before the flight, but they did not let us to check in. Boarding to the flight on 23:30pm was finished on 23;10 pm.Taking into consideration that notification on my phone came 20 min before the gate was closed, they did not let us on the flight. No a single appologies, no help with the lodging or rebooking, Awefull service on the JETSTAR. Agents are helpless and rude. I tried contact to Airpaz or Jetstar requestin refund...No result! Will be conplaining to Head of the company Jetstar and Airpaz. Do not recommend.

A reminder to those who have not been…

A reminder to those who have not been victimized, please do not use Airpaz to make any travel reservations, you may encounter the same problem as me
The airline cancelled the flight and refunded Airpaz but I still haven't received the full refund. Airpaz will use various reasons to delay the refund or even not refund you.

Avoid AIRPAZ !!

Rescheduled a flight 2 days before return.
Got informed by Airpaz on the date of departure that it's better I ask the Company Batik air by myself to reschedule!
Impossible to join Batik air, no proper booking number or ref given by Airpaz.
Impossible to get any help from Airpaz
We are stuck in a foreign country with family and the toddler.
Avoid Airpaz guys!!!

IN THE END YOU GUYS WRONGLY ADDED TO MY FLIGHT FROM SIN - BKK!!!!!

YOU GUYS ARE MAKING MY TRIP MESS UP!!!! I WILL NEVER USE AIRPAZ TO MAKE ANY BOOKINGS IN THE FUTURE!!!! AND WILL ALSO ASK MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO USE YOUR PLATFORM TO MAKE ANY BOOKINGS TOO!!!!!

Very inconsistent information. On my tickets, on the receipt, they said those are refundable but something happened so I need to change the plan. They are so inconsistent and they take a lot of my time. Until now my problem with them is not solved. Worst!

Due to a bereavement I had to cancel a KL trip from Brunei

Due to a bereavement I had to cancel a trip from Brunei to KL.
Apart from being cut off when talking to the customer services, writing an email explaining why and giving them a copy of the death certificate, the automated response of rejected, really shows how little they respect their customers. As a regular customer with them, they can count me and anyone else I talk to as some company to avoid. Well done AirPaz you have shown your true colours.

BE WARNED ...DONT EVER BOOK HERE THIS IS A SCAM.i booked flights Bangkok to Phuket..paid all done.Flight gets cancelled by the airline .and informed.says I can make one change at no costs...well that's where the nightmare started...over 20 mails later...no change made..and more money being requested to make a change ..that they said was for free.Airline...NOK air...even worse...no response to emails or calls..so it's no flight..and money gone...stay away from this scam...surely this must be regulated somewhere?

Would have to rate this the worst company ever
After injuring myself and ending up with 3 broken ribs and a fractured L2 vertebrae i supplied Surgeon letter stating i could not travel
This was done over 2 months ago and all i get it please be patient we have to have confirmation from airline on your refund
After 5 emails and no result i am over there absolute disregard for ther clients
When purchasing it stated i was entitled to a refund if cancelled
Can understand if change of mind but this was medical condition with supported letter from Surgeon
If you are thinking of using this company lets hope you dont go what i am going through
Will i use this company again.....NEVER

Airpaz cancels flights

Airpaz cancels flights, rescheduled flights without giving you any options to choose another flight so the only option you have is to cancel, hopefully get a refund, and book another flight with another company. I had one flight rescheduled and had to cancel then get another flight. My refund is not going through 🤞.
I booked another couple of flights but one was rescheduled 2 hours earlier which meant that I would arrive too late to catch the flight. I tried to reschedule - no luck - then a refund because of it - refused. Told to try voluntary refund and again refused DESPITE having a refundable ticket?!
And now trying to send emails to get it sorted 😕 next the c/c company.
If anyone reads this Trip.com is much better and actually looks after you!!

very bad experience

made a terrible mistake by booking on Airpaz. They make things very difficult. The airline cancelled flight and airline confirms the ticket is refundable.
1. Airpaz asks me to get a written confirmation from the airline. Shouldn't this be done by them ? Anyway, i had to do it & manage to get the letter from airline.
2. They made us submit & re-submit the refund on the website, which we did.
3. We are then asked to approve the request refund, which states that the refund of AirPaz E-Voucher. We cannot agree to this. While trying to clarify with Airpaz that we do not want E-voucher, we receive a notification that the refund request is cancelled because no response within 24 hrs.

4. I called again to tell them we don't want any e-voucher. They claim that the e-voucher can be refunded & we need to RE-SUBMIT the refund request with all relevant documents.

5. They make it soooo difficult to request a valid refund, even if the airline confirms the eligibility for refund.

6. The latest info now, they claim that we have to accept their Airpaz E-voucher and cannot be convert to cash refund to credit card because the transaction is more than 180 days. They claim it's the credit card's restriction. This is simply ridiculous !

6. When you call them, the phone line will get cut in the midst of conversation. So you keep having to call & relating the situation again & again !!

don't book on this website. very bad experience !
