Do not buy, it does not Iron clothes. When you finally get a refund they deduct postage and you have to pay to have it returned so £40 out of pocket for nothing.

I’m really sorry to hear you feel let down. Our machine is designed to dry and remove wrinkles from shirts, trousers, and similar garments, so if it didn’t perform the way you expected, I understand the frustration.
Regarding the refund, we only deduct shipping when the order is returned for reasons unrelated to damage or a fault. This is explained in our policy, but I appreciate it can still be disappointing. If you feel anything wasn’t handled fairly, please contact us and we’ll take another look at your case.

The owners of this company are scammers. They also have a company called Phantomdecor. They don't deliver anything and keep saying that my order is on its way. I placed the order in April. Don't order anything from them because you won't get anything and you won't get your money back!!!

How do you explain that you have the same address and that the contact details on the phantomdecor website list an email address with Aironox?
I have even discovered that you are using the same IP address.
You asked me to email the details, but now you’re not responding???

Do not order this. First of all, it takes 10 minutes to iron one shirt. It doesn’t even get all the wrinkles out. I’ve been emailing trying to return, but no one has gotten back to me and there’s no return option on their website. Complete waste of money.

Do not purchase from this business. I waited a month for my order as they said they were waiting on goods. Never heard anything so asked for a refund and then they magically said my order had been sent but then received the order confirmation emails which they said were re sends, total lies. Tracking number they have provided still shows no info the items have actually been sent. Misleading people to keep money when items havnt been sent and i requested a refund.

Tracking updates can pause temporarily while the parcel clears customs, but it’s already in the country and will continue updating soon. Unfortunately most probably is a scam
I ordered and paid the iron on 31st of August 2025. As most comments here say I have not yet received a tracking number for the shipment as of today 19th of October 2025. It is more than 1,5 month and every time I communicate with the support mail they confirm that they will deal immediately with my order or that it will be shipped by the end of the week. I even received an email from someone called Adam (without surname) titled as CEO of the company. The last communication was even more unclear. I am afraid I have to do with scammers and bots and I have lost my money. Being a young company (if it is a true company) does not excuse such a bad inventory management. If I will not receive any valid answer about the shipment by 20th of October 2025 I will proceed with all legal actions. At least to save other consumers from this joke.
