It was actually easy to use them to book my flight when I went visiting. Still a small company though.

No customer service, continue in pounds even if i called to the company and they sais its not legal.
Nobody nowhere to reach. No more . 1st and last expérience! Never more any travel agency!

Terrible service. I'm still waiting for the remboursement of my ticket, TAP. Booking No. SEP3W8. With not a single update on the subject whatsoever. I requested a refund over almost 5 months ago. I really will like some information or just a confirmation that the refund process is being taking into account. Asking for the refund of a service that your company couldn't deliver is my right as a client. If it continues to be neglected, you're stealing from me.
I'm just asking for a solution, for respect.

I booked a ticket from turkish airlines via helsinki airngo and now I want to change my ticket dates but I can’t do it my self because the ticket is from the agency and I need the helsinki airngo contact information to contact them ...

The tickets we already paid for were not available!!!!!!!!! Waiting for refund!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! THEY RE CHEATERS!! DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

The reservation process failed twice, that caused the prices go up significantly. So I had to wait to connect from another IP address to get the original price. It’s been happening earlier as well, but once you manage to get the process done from start to finish, the rest is ok. You get the tickets you paid for and the reservation number matches.

Otherwise good but don't buy their support package which costs 14,90€. I bought it because I had to buy one check luggage for my flight reservation and I thought this was the only way to do that. They tried charge for it 25,90€ and only for outbound flight! Then they said they even couldn't add check luggage for my home bound flight. I didn't buy that and I went to the airline company's own website and I bought check luggage from there for 14€.

I booked two flights from Helsinki to Berlin, one for me and one for my husband. My flight ticket and confirmation came via email in a same day, like it supposed to be. My husbands ticket did not.
We spend three days to solving out what´s wrong. The payment was successfull and we also received a receipt of that order. Just the ticket were missing. At the end, we didn´t receive any explanations at all, I just noticed that the payment was returned to my bank account. That´s it. Mean while the flight was fully booked. I needed to call to flight operator Finnair, and explain what happened with Airngo. They arranged one more seat for that fully booked flight, and I needed to pay almost double price! Who is responsible of that? I´ll never use Airngo again. They do not even have a customer support via phone, just email.

Their website gave me the wrong traveling days automaticly without giving me any information

The worst travel Agency airngo.fi , In case of need you will not be able to reach them at all .I dont recomend this to anyone despite it claim it is offering cheper services. The phone never be connected or playing music all the time even during 11:00 EET - 14:00 EET what they say their office hours .....

Price is good but I feel communication will be difficult if I ever get a problem.

The customer service was slow and kind of clumsy - I had to send more than two queries about my problem. I never got a lucid and clear answer, as if support persons didn't understand what was the question. From now on I'll recommend to all my acquaintances taking direct contact to the airline company - it will save money and nerves: no more unnecessary middlemen with an awkward service.
