Hi all I perched 2 air-coolers from this company on the 27th of June.
I contacted them 5 days later and assured by one of the company associates that my order was on the way I was then told to leave it till two weeks if it hadn't arrived to contact them, I have gave it eleven days and still no sign of a tracking number or parcel. Tried to contact them again and nothing. Im £250.00 down.PLRASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.

please do not waste your time and money, whilst polite, there Customer service lie, telling you despatched when it hasn't, you ask for a refund, threaten them with a chargeback and after 14 days you get a despatched email. tracking then doesn't update, no response to further emails, I've been robbed. please don't put yourself in the same position. please don't.

If Icould give less than one star I…
If I could give less than one star I would. Took an age to get the cooler and when it arrived I had misgivings before even taking it out of the very light box!! Didn’t cool after being left on for 30 minutes not even the immediate area in front of the cooler. Tried to get return address to send product back but this hasn’t happened. The company has offered £30 refund and I keep the cooler, don’t want this just want to return and full refund. This is a pure con and think the item could be dangerous to use.

Really really bad
Really really bad. I placed an order then the same day asked to cancel it. I was told I couldn’t as it had been processed. That was on 26/6. Today I learn that the order had been shipped. And again have been trying to cancel it.
Don’t deal with this company. They are just awful.

This company tell lie after lie
This company tell lie after lie. Tell you the goods have been despatched when they haven’t, they scam a warranty charge onto your account without the option to deny. They will not refund the money stolen and make excuse after excuse. Sad day when I got involved with them. AVOID,AVOID!AVOID!

I purchased an AC unit from this…
I purchased an AC unit from this company on the 26th May. They advertised as one of the best units on the marketplace. They advertised 5-7 days delivery!
Today is the 24th June still hasn’t arrived they are a big scam. Please people don’t buy from them!
It was bought for my 5 month old grandson bedroom. I had to go and buy another AC unit to help him sleep.
This company is shameful Shameful.
