Item worked briefly then developed a loud screeching noise when turned on. Company policy is that if it’s longer than 30 days since purchase they don’t do anything- replace or refund. So if you are happy to pay the money to have an item for 30 days then throw it away, go ahead. Personally I think that’s ridiculous for the environment and customer service. I was persuaded by so many positive reviews. I now wonder are they genuine. If I were the only one to develop this fault unusually you’d think they would take the opportunity to rectify. Alas I think these are poor quality products sold at inflated prices , with no interest in customer benefit as the business is based around initial transaction taking your money and that is that. If you’ve got money to waste maybe you want to buy a few in one of their too good to be true offers. But I wouldn’t recommend it.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This worked fine for 4 months but then stopped working , when i contacted the company i was told that the product only had a 30 day warranty even though the website says that it has a 2 year warranty. I asked to have the issue escalated but they didn't get back to me, no telephone number the only way you can contact them is via email. They would not budge or acknowledge that their website says 2 years.

I want to warn people NOT TO FALL FOR this product, I was tricked at check-oiut and ended up with FIVE of these. I was told it was no problem and it was 'very easy to send them back' I have been trying to arrange a refund/return but I am being palmed off with offer of 25% refund and no need to return them. I want my money back as promised. This is a devious and dishonest company. They refuse to send me a free returns label or honour the returns service DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

So dodgy! Do not buy!!! I think they have AI fake reviews and website. The product site offers a 90day money back guarantee but in less then 48hrs two of my air purifiers broke and even with proof of receipt, photos and video they refused a full refund. They said it has to be unopened to get full cash back?? How can I know if it’s faulty if I don’t test it? What a waste of money. They also look dodgy and cheap plastic not like the photos. I reckon temu would be better. I don’t think they meet safety standards either as soooo much water came out due to the design. This may also be the same dodgy company getclairu operating under a new name…
