Sending fast 2-3 days good service His page just needs to categorize each type of paint with its thinner. I mean make a list for each type separately so you don't have to search a lot to find what... See more

Perfect transaction and delivery on time. The only improvement I can suggest is that the web site (and these mails) are in Danish only.... My ignorance! Alberto

Good store with a simple webpage and fast shipping. I can truly recommend it for buying art supplies in general besides airbrush utilities.

Colourcoats: a great experience with Airbrushshop Denmark

I'm an Italian modeller and I couldn't have received Colourcoats paints from Sovereign Hobbies, because they don't ship outside of Great Britain.
So I tried with Airbrushshop Denmark and they've been absolutely fantastic: great communication and excellent sellers.
My parcel with Colourcoats paints arrived today, everything has been perfect. I hope to deal again with Airbrushshop Denmark.

What i thought was not good is that i have called you several times without an answer. I have even left a message on your phone without a reply:-(
The transport company that you cooperate with was not very good either.
Tracking service and info about my package was useless and it took 6 work days before i got it, a little to long. I have ordered a lot of things from the internet but never so many days to get a parcel, i live in Sweden, its next to Denmark!
On the positive side i think you have a very good shop with good prices. I will definitly order again but if i go through the same experience it will probably be the last.

Hi Manolis,

Thanks for your feedback. You left a message about a compressor you would like to buy and before I managed to call you back you already ordered it. I should properly have done that anyway so I will have that in mind for the next time. The package was shipped from us on a Friday afternoon and the carrier does not deliver in the weekends so the package was on the road Monday and delivered to you on Wednesday. If you have any questions please let me know. I hope we see you in the shop again with a better experience :-)

Best regards
