The property we stayed at was excellent. It came with all amenities listed, was very clean, and in a great location. The reservation was an excellent value, and I would definitely return! Also, Air Bear remained extremely responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay in their boutique Penthouse Apartment in Redcliffe. Very detailed instructions to get access to the property, and thorough instructions for parking. Great central location, with a short taxi journey to central amenities, bars, and restaurants. Lovely clean facilities, stocked bathroom, tidy and clean apartment. Great communication throughout, have already recommended the accommodation to many colleagues and friends who are seeing shows in Bristol.

Our stay in itself was excellent. In our initial apartment the WiFi was unfortunately broken however Airbear was quick to kindly move us into a 2nd apartment. Both locations were clean and excellent stays.

Unfortunately since the stay, my deposit has never been returned to me. Despite numerous attempts at contact, Airbear have gone quiet and have not returned my deposit. I have since had to obtain a county court judgement to try and retrieve my moneys.

We had to rearrange due to covid last year and Air Bear (Luke) could not have been more helpful. Finally we got to stay in their superb apartment in the centre of Bristol City and it was perfect. Easy to find, easy secure parking, huge apartment, spotlessly clean, toiletries and nice other touches, excellent accommodation, comfortable and excellent facilities. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants and river walks. Luke was very helpful and quick to respond. Top notch service.

We Stayed for a company work event after finding them on Instagram by chance. A very accommodating service provided by Jonathan who went out of his way to sort a booking for myself and a colleague. We Will book again!

I booked one of Airbear properties in Bristol as a girls weekend get away which didn’t disappoint, yet exceeded all expectations.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, had so many little touches to make you feel comfortable during our stay.

Even though we don’t play pool regularly it was a lovely extra touch to have available to use.

The Checkin was simple and clear along with the allocated parking that’s on site.

Whatever you do, don’t book with this company. Understandably, I had to change my booking due to Covid but every time I’ve contacted this dodgy company I have not had a response even though they advised I was entitled to a refund which I am still awaiting. Please don’t go through the stress I have been through as I have now lost out on my money, and haven’t even received an apology once. Their contact form doesn’t work, and they don’t respond on social media, telephone or via email.

It was our first time staying in a Airbnb, the stay couldn't have gone better. Incredibly clean and well furnished throughout, and a very simple checkin.

A Perfect stay in Bristol. The pictures online don't do it justice in regards to the size of the property that we stayed in.

The Customer service was spot on, all the information comes over in detail with images of each step of the process to enjoy your stay without anyone getting in the way.

Me and my BF Adam had a cheeky weekend trip away to Bristol. We chose to stay at the Converted church which was a very pleasant stay, nice little touches to make the experience better than a hotel for the night.

We booked through the website rather than Airbnb as it was cheaper.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT!

Wow… Last week we was luck enough to stay in Bristol at one of AirBear properties by the Harbourside last minute due to a cancellation. As this was a on the day booking the young lady we dealt with El couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs from start to finish.

Checkin as a breeze with someone meeting us which normally isn’t the case as its self checkin, though we had our disabled child with us. It’s quite a large building that you can get lost in so it was much appreciated that Chris attended. Thank you!

The property in terms of standard is incredibly high. It has everything you can think of, from smart speakers to a fully stocked kitchen with utensils etc. Oh and they have Smeg appliances which was another bonus.

Staying right next to the harbour made life so easy getting about, especially with restaurants and bars only a 5 minutes walk away. The fact we had no steps or stairs to worry about made things much easier on our minds.

The property also has a communal Sauna and Gym though we didnt have time to use this sadly, maybe next time!

A home from home stay that exceeding all expectations for us and our young teenagers.

We stayed at the property with a pool table which was so convenient keeping the kids happy when the weather turned bad. Now this isnt any cheap table, its a full blown professional setup that alone makes the price worth the stay. Very unique for a airbnb!

All the mod cons available and even a good selection of complimentary toiletries which we wasn't expecting.

An amazing experience staying at their Penthouse while we visited the theatre for beauty and the beast. We will all be back next Spring

We stayed for a long weekend and couldn’t fault it! The location is perfect with lots around including car parks, places to eat and drink as well. The apartment is beautiful and very modern! It had everything we needed and so much more. The hosts are lovely & the little details were very appreciated, can’t wait to come back!

This is a scam, DO NOT fall for it. My friends and I booked a penthouse for 3 days in Bristol. We called the day we see were supposed to check-in and there was no answer, no responses to messages, nothing. We clocked that it was a scam and we got a charge back.

How did AIRBEAR respond? They faked CCTV footage saying that we did indeed check-in which was complete BS because we were in London by that point. DO NOT book with them, it is a scam.
