shocking service. first the charger broke and they would not replace only sent me £10 and said buy one on Amazon, shocking. Then a cuff battery would not hold charge, they refuse to refund me (even a pro rata amount) and took two weeks to get a replacement. Immediately put on ebay. All the service and ethics of a Chinese outfit, a disgrace!
